I have been into clean living for 29 years and I’m telling you it matters! I am 59 years old. I haven’t been sick in forever and I’m extremely healthy! But I mean, I do it all! Cleaning products, personal, products, food, clothing, water, cookware, etc!😮
Thank you for speaking about being healthy and toxin free. It is SO hard as a new mom realizing all of the toxic things out there. It can definitely be overwhelming. Especially when it seems to be a fight with these large companies that just want to make money. I have been shocked at all of the things that are okay here in the US but they are banned in other countries.
Lots of people were mean when Jeremy was sharing, about interrupting, everything about him, they were just harsh, calling him a narcissist, it was horrible, made me feel bad for him. Maybe he feels safer just staying quiet😢 His parents and Grandparents are awesome, his sister and brother as well❤

Years ago, I switched toxic cleaning supplies for non-toxic. I consume 99% organic. Doctors aren't cheap. Everything is a trade-off. Just depends on what your priorities are. My health is important to me. It's the only body I own. We would like to hear about your family as well, Jeremy. Happy New Year! everyone
I can relate to felicity's comment about John Paul. I come from a big family too, there are 300 relatives from my great-grandfather down. My cousin Jimmy, always came for lunch at my grandparents when he was working on the farm, I thought he was an Uncle, until the first Christmas at those set of grandparents I asked why Jimmy (single at the time) was not there.
Jeremy - your words on praying for a sensitivity to your sin and concern for the right things was very encouraging. I typed it out and posted on my social media - such a great thing to do for the new year.
I commend you for not exploiting your children on social media. It seems like such a dark rabbit hole that influencers are going down, and I’m afraid it’s going to hurt a lot of children and families in the future.
Sadly some people have no respect for Jinger and Jeremy's decision to keep their kids faces off social media. Somebody posted a screenshot of one of the girls (It may have been Felicity) standing next to Jinger during a recent vlog on IG. I got blocked by aaid Duggar fan for calling them on it. 1

I love listening to you both telling about your daily life but always sharing the importance of keeping God at the front of all we do! I don't do a 'resolution' per se myself. Instead I set a goal for myself, it seems to be a better choice for me. You know, I heard Jinger make a statement I have used for years: this world is not my home. After reading Randy Alcorn's book "Heaven" I have a different thought about that. The statement isn't all wrong yet it's not totally right either. This world as it is today isn't our home but the world as God created it IS our home. When the day comes that we have the New Earth we will be living on this earth-the perfect, sinless earth that God created to enjoy as we were meant to, before sin corrupted it. What a blessed day that will be, to enjoy the beauty God gave us to enjoy! Wishing you all a blessed year to come!
Jinger, have you considered making homemade kombucha? It's carbonated just like soda when fermented in a sealed bottle. Sugar s a huge thing to get away from as it is no longer pure cane sugar, it's beet sugar that is sprayed heavily with glyphosate (Roundup). There are LOTS of healthy exchanges for food. Good for you, for cleaning up your family's environment!
Awwwwww, ice cream cake! I remember that portion of one of those wholesome early specials of your family. Ice cream sandwiches, chocolate syrup, caramel syrup, whipped cream, and chopped Butterfingers. Whoooooo, definitely a sugar shock! You need some coffee to cut the sweetness! switching your cleaning stuff may be the reason your little one got sick in Texas and in Arkansas. her body isnt used to the toxic chemicals(which is a great thing) and she may have come across that in your travels and her little body reacted negatively to it. I know for me there are some cleaning supplies(usually the ones for the restroom) that impact my asthma

Not everyone has the financial resources to make the changes to detoxify their life such as food changes, cleaning products, cookware, etc. You’re fortunate to have the ability to make those changes 🙂

Just keep in mind , parents do things , that at that certain time in our lives .. we do what we feel is right at that certain time.. why because being a parent is new to parents too. Every milestone is different and every child milestone is different. No parent is perfect.. and most do what is best at that time for their family.. sometimes it might not work out but we never know till we do it if it’s gonna work .. be kind and honor parents…

I drink out of stainless steel water bottle. Cut out the seed oils. Personal bathing products. But essential oils for cleaning is good. So many areas that need to be changed. I want to learn about your laundry soap. So much I need to learn like what water to use cuz right now I have plain old tap water and my Brita filter which I don't think is supposed to be very good.
Yes our citizenship is in heaven, but the kingdom of God is in the here and now through the Church, but will only be fully realised at the end of time. The closest we come to heaven here on earth is through the celebration of the Mass when heaven and earth meet. Ginger is correct we should try to glorify God with our lives but there is also a beautiful prayer of the early Church called Te Deum (circ 4th century) which glorifies the Trinity and is still said today. A lovely prayer to be said in the New Year. It was recommended by the Church that Catholics pray it on the last day of 2024.
