I reccommend you to have a look to Carrara that is both close to the beaches and the mountains the historic center is absolutely beautiful but the price of houses is very low because people prefer to move in the suburbs..you can pik up some apartments facing the Duomo for 100k or less

Brad, you're an absolute champion to those like me who want to return home to our beloved Italia.
My elderly mother has a heart attack every time I talk to her about Italy. The irony is that they left their parents without a second thought. Now it's my turn.
    Buona giornata 😎👍

Hadn’t thought about that angle. Both my parents are alive at 87 each. But my whole life they did whatever they needed to do for their own individual needs and wants. You gotta do you!

Hi Brad and Oli. You do the greatest videos and you are so as a matter of fact about it and truthful. It's important all of the issues that you bring up. A lot of people who want to buy are not as well traveled as others. Thank you. Gina in Upstate New York USA moving to Italy and Portugal. Brad I bought a small bolt hole to rent out and I am still looking for an apartment in a larger town....Thanx

I still remember that 'Coop' was pronounced as 'Co-op' (like in 'cooperation') in Germany. However, the stores disappeared in Germany by the late 1980s

Cause nobody pronounced it right… 🤣🤣😬

This looks a bit too grim, Brad. It's lacking an Italian "mise en scene" and the region seems more Balkans than Italian.

It needs a new owners touch for sure... It was a rainy dreary day when I shot the outside, and for inside I have to use the photos that are provided in the listing. I think with good lighting and better design it could be a really nice place FOR THE PRICE! It is hard to find houses that are under €50K that aren't total ruins!
      Glad to see your comment!

@@BradsWorld yes fresh food abounds. I do not understand the US mentality of creating american kitchens. I say adapt to the culture. Happy Holidays you two

@@myitaliantherapyginafiore4414 I had a friend from Belgium visit me in upstate NY; he wanted to make a special dinner and we ended up going to three different grocery stores looking for the kind of green beans he needed; it took HOURS. By the time dinner was ready, I had already needed to eat first because I was so hungry. Too much trouble and running around for one meal, especially when thing are so much more spread out than in Europe.
