Raymond Daniels kicks in my opinion are safer than traditional leg kicks and 45 degree kicks. His kicks have less chance of breaking your own leg. You have a big chance of hurting your leg when throwing chopping leg kicks when your shin bone is not in good condition. Unlike side kicks, spinning kicks and oblique kicks.

You wouldn’t, unless you got dirt and grime proof shoes so you don’t slip
I respect him, but he teaches to switch his feet, but when he actually does the kick full speed, his feet don’t switch. 🤷♂️
