    Good video. Kicks has been a weakness for me but my body is adjusting. I am able to chamber but find the follow through awkward and weak. Any advice for developing this?

    People don’t have the flexibility or balance for that kick,sport karate guys are taught from young age to be able to fire lead leg kick no step,reason why these sort kicks not seen anymore because Muay Thai leg kicks proved to beat old style kickboxing above the waist,so now copy everything Muay Thai do,but old style combos and kicks do work great still as well,
