Hey Joel, just a FYI...from what I've seen, ADO is spelt in Japanese as アド. Japanese characters would be one syllable per character and the sounds pronunciation are phonetic. "Ah-doh". "ア", "a", which would sound like "Ah", like "Ah-ha". Would be the first syllable. "ド", "do", sounds like "doh", like "dough". Would be the second syllable. Great selection set for Annie. Matched her well. Keep on spreading the word on all of these bands...no Band-Maid...but I'll live. 🤘😆🤘
When it comes to breaking the language barrier by projecting raw emotions through singing I would like you to give the band Dir En Grey a look, their vocalist Kyo is on the other level. While Ado is the only one who can deliver that type of impact through singing besides Kyo in my opinion.
Why the cage? As far as I know, besides the fact that the cage looks cool, there was the possibility of making the cage opaque if it became necessary, for example because someone was filming without permission or wanted to see Ado's face with binoculars. In that case the concert would have continued with just Ado singing, without seeing her for a bit.
