    Appreciate you do it all by hand. We liveaboard so having extra tools takes up space. Thanks.

    After making the noodles what do you eat them with? Just the vegetable stock or are there shrimp or something

      You can use them in just about anything. In this video I just made a quick vegetable stock but I've had them with all types of stocks and soups. I even love adding some kimchi in with them if you have any on hand. The great thing is these noodles are so versatile you can use them in so many ways
