Great stuff, are your protein targets different on maintenance? Also, if you’re using compounds you do not need to go down to 5 from 7.5, you can micro dose down, correct?
My protein goal remains the same, targeting 140-150 due to workouts. I would like to get more calories in but that is a struggle. I dropped from 10 to 5mg once I started maintenance. I was back on 5 for 4 weeks. I had trouble with food noise creeping back in so moved back up to 7.5 to quiet that noise. That worked but I may also mean more weight loss like this past week. Both the 5 and the 7.5 are compounds. I would like to get to a point where I am on 10 and taking it every other week. I will have to go back to branded for that due to the necessity to use a vial within 28 days of puncture. I haven't tried microdosing but I did look into it a little.

How often did you eat in a day when you were trying to loose weight? I have been feeling lethargic lately. I have lost 40 pounds in 10 weeks. Trying to get my eating right. Thanks!
I ate 3 meals a day, but I also had snacks in between meals. Things like beef jerky, roasted edamame beans, graham crackers with peanut butter, etc. I also focused on low carb. I hope that helps. Feel free to ask questions.

@@RoundMoundofZepboundyeah because maybe 6.25 (for instance) may be strong enough to stop the food noise but not strong enough to cause weight loss.
