    Did this one yesterday as my 1st workout for Oct Challenge (started early). I love the pace & the flow of all the exercises, kept my HR up with the plyometrics in between. Love the way you incorporated stretching on the TG at the end as I feel stretching is very important for flexibility & preventing muscle soreness! Great workout David, thank you so much 😊

      Thanks for trying it out, Elsie! Glad you liked it. I'm a big fan of stretching, too. It feels great after a tough workout, plus its good to lengthen the muscles after all that time contracting them.

    Love this workout David. Thank you! It's become my go-to 2-3 times a week mixed in walking on the other days. I appreciate the stretch routine at the end. Feels great after the workout. I can't seem to get quite to cardio until the very end. I wear a fitbit and right when I reach cardio the workout is over..lol. I get real close the whole time. Maybe I should add something like jumping jacks in between stations.

      Thank you! Glad you are liking it! Good idea ... in place of the jumping squats/cardio sections, you could come off the Total Gym and do jumping jacks or jog in place to elevate your heart even more. Hope that works for you!

      Thanks for the suggestion. Have you tried the Plank Challenge or Beginner workouts? Those are a little shorter.
