Hi its the old workflow now its even more easy for make virtual tour. 1 time buy + yearly update fee is really worth. Only dollhouse we do not have yet.
Is dollhouse and especially the smooth transitions meanwhile possible? In there demos I saw nothing like that but I really would love to switch from onw image to another as in matterport as if you are walking...
Can 3d vista embed and edit whole Matterport virtual tour? Or just 360 pictures. I wold like to keep Matterport transitions and edit other things with 3D vista.

Hi Juan. With 3dvista you create the tour then upload to your own website via ftp. For example i can upload the tour to 360rumors.com and i don't pay anything to 3dvista for that. If you don't have a website then you 3dvista has a separate optional hosting service for 99/yr i think.

What you can do is to upload the tour to 3D Vista's hosting service for 99/yr then you would be able to embed the tour in Wix if Wix supports tags. Please note 99/yr is for 1GB space. For more storage, they have higher cost. You can see on their website.
Yes you can do that. Just create a transparent PNG and save that as the hotspot. Then you can use a polygon hotspot to designate the area that can be clicked. Another option is to use google street view (3d vista can upload to street view as well). With street view, the hotpsots are invisible, like this sample: goo.gl/maps/Njt1SizqGssdGot16

Thanks John! Re hosting with 3D Vista, mostly it is out of convenience for people who don't have their own website, or who don't know how to use FTP, or who don't have FTP access. Re standalone player it is useful if for example you want to put your virtual tour on a thumbdrive to give a way as a promotion, or the client is presenting the tour somewhere with slow internet and they want to make sure that it plays smoothly. Offline can also load videos more quickly.
I would like to ask the 3DVista users here about their experiance because I am also considering buying the 3D Vista Software. When you are done creating the tour how do you distribute it to the customer? Do you pay any hosting fees? Where do you host the tours? Does it pay off all in all? Hi Daniel. You can upload the tour to your own website via FTP, then it becomes accessible just like any webpage. Or you can give the file to your customer and they can upload it to their own website. Depending on your country, one or two tours should be enough to pay for the cost of 3DVista. Hi Petro. When you create a 3D Vista tour, you upload it to your own website. As long as you have FTP access, it should work. Then you convert the URL to an tag and insert that on your wordpress page. I hope this helps.

Hi Clarky, interesting that you should mention that. I heard they're planning to add a depth map which if true could possibly add a dollhouse. I suspect it will be similar to metareal where you basically have to draw the 3D outline.

I would recommend looking into a seperate hosting domain to host your tours. I have done a video on my UA-cam channel about how to do this. 👍

Doesn’t have to be super fast but the higher the photo resolution, the more memory you need. I recommend contacting 3dvista to be sure.

Yes it can, or a mix. The issue is that if you use self hosting then for 360 videos, the bandwidth could be expensive.
