I’m in Frederick so my friends and I used to go over there and play mini golf or laser tag on Sundays. It’s been years though. The 10 commandments thing is weird. Didn’t see that back then.
The Adventureland from the movie was based on a real place in Long Island NY! The director grew up in the area. On a positive note its still there and you should visit it!
I live very close to here, and used to go all the time when I was kid. And don't worry, you're harnessed when doing the obstacles lol The 10 commandments is a very new addition though, don't know what that's doing there 😅
Holy macrol I was just there in June. I was checking out nearby parks and this little park popped up with rollercoasters and I was like gotta check it out! Glad I went! Had a nice 3 hours there, was nice after attending SF America earlier that day and being disappointed. Glad you got to go to this park.
Same thing happened to me on expedition everest with my cellphone . I had to run over to the loading station and grab it off the seat before it departed.was a close one
I wish the one that was local to me was still around. It was bought out over a decade ago and turned into warehouses. Such a shame. Also,I agree with the gravel thing to an extent. It allows for the ground to absorb more rain water, and it makes a satisfying cruck noise. I dont like that it would be more suseptible to pot holes and uneven ground.
I vaguely remember coming here with my mom to a concert of some kind. The coaster was…. A bit shaky from what I remember. Still kinda surprised it’s still around.
Kenny, I have a very serious question for you regarding recharging your Tesla? Are you allowed to be plugging in your vehicle into that outlet when it’s not marked by Tesla specifically? Not saying you’re doing anything wrong or calling you out. I’m genuinely curious. Would they get mad at you for plugging in your vehicle? And using their power or was it specifically a charging spot? 🚗 ⚡️🔋
You can technically plug the car in wherever. It doesn't pull that much electricity when you plug it into a standard 110v plug. I mean, if someone gets mad, I just unplug it. But most people don't care at all. Worst case is they just unplug it. That won't do any harm.
I am so obsessed with weird obscure amusement park type places like this. They’re so random and I am so happy you made this adventure
When Kenny says that you’re not gonna see content like his anywhere else, he means it.
“Uh, Hold onto your wallet!” 😂😂 I was laughing throughout this whole video
I love what you do
1:30 Kenny knows what’s up
Always.
It fits with u Kenny, weird and dangerous:)
Kenny: "He let me on for free."
Also Kenny: "I almost lost my wallet."
cosmic irony.
Great video! It's fun to see what's lurking out there in rural areas of MD that I've never visited. Also, loved the Crab Cakes scale!
It’s not super rural. There are about 60,000 people within 5 miles, and Frederick has 80k and is also only like a few minutes up the highway.
@ran_d_d thanks! I've never been out that way. I need to explore more

As a somewhat local i love this place

I’ve only known about this place since 2019 and have driven past it once but never stopped to check it out. Maybe next year I will.
Well this was quite.. The Adventure 😏😆
I’ve passed this place a million times and never stopped in, always thought it was wild that a casket place was next to a rickety amusement park.
Same thing happened to me on expedition everest with my cellphone . I had to run over to the loading station and grab it off the seat before it departed.was a close one
Any chance of you doing a video discussing why carousels are the most dangerous rides in amusement parks?
Oh yeah. Mostly because people can easily fall off them. It’s a simple ride. But overall they do actually cause the most injuries.
I wish the one that was local to me was still around. It was bought out over a decade ago and turned into warehouses. Such a shame.

Is there any possibility you're going to go back and do that "obstacle course" above the arcade?
Yes. But if I fall off it and onto an arcade game I’m going to blame you.
Spine-Breaker Ride The Ride looked different types of dangerous on the ride and from outside the ride. Good adventure!
I used to go here to play paintball wayyyy back in the day when that was a thing.

This Place is kinda in the middle of knowhere, but it still was really fun!
What is with the Maryland crabcakes? 😂 Are they really good? ❤
they are amazing. it's really all we have going for us.
Was this the actual place they filmed Adventureland at?
no way. this place was very small.
@@pleasestopvlogging They filmed that at Kennywood in Pittsburgh.
Kenny risks it all (again)
Ive been living in MD for 20 years and never heard of this place lol
you're not missing much. I mean it's fine and cute and all for a quick little trip with the kids.
The construction garbage is actually their old ropes course
From the thumbnail I could've sworn you were Michael Jones
this is off of 270, correct? i had a 5 minute day pass there one summer ago. haha
Just normal i70

@@pleasestopvlogging ok cool 👍🏻✅⚡️ I was just wondering!
This video should definitely be called Kenny vs roller coaster
Please stop vlogging- home of rare content
Kenny why the beef with Ryan Reynolds?
He’s fine. He’s just too snarky. I do like welcome to wrexham though.
