Patty’s hair found in JoAnn’s car was the critical piece of evidence which convicted her.

The ex boyfriend of Patricia said she the same type of gun that shot JoAnn in the face.

The commentator suggests at least two others should be - or should have been - investigated.
From what I've heard on this video, I believe the PSP would not even give it the slightest consideration. Why would they?
If they showed no willingness to do the right thing in the first place, by investigating the three items of evidence mentioned in this documentary - the cigarette butt, the bloody fingernail and the hair found at the scene where the bodies were found - why would they bother to now risk doing a further investigation, and face the probable outcome of losing their case, thus compromising their (questionable) reputation, as well as a very likely lawsuit which would cost them dearly?
McIntyre, the Prosecutor at her trial, very clearly demonstrated his awareness of the obvious police corruption in the entire case with his disgraceful retort to Keith Morrison's question asking why these items weren’t forensically examined, simply saying "who cares?" By now, some 26 years later, he should know there are thousands who do care, not least, the person wrongfully convicted.
People like him, who care only about their reputations, without conscience or willingness to seek the truth, should be brought to book when the truth emerges.

The truth will never come out and Patty will spend her life incarcerated

@@petrucci1794 There's still hope. Only last week there was a Habeas Corpus Hearing into her case. I'm not aware of the result, but if all evidence presented at that Hearing is favourably heeded, it will open up the possibility of a new Trial. There is speculation that those in charge will do all they can to prevent that. My understanding is there are those in high places, within the Penn authorities, who appear to be corrupt. However, failing any further progress from the Hearing, she still has the Federal Court to who she can make a final appeal.

@unowen7416 Episode 1 is contained in this link... Judges for Justice Episode 14 - Rectifying Wrongful Convictions.... her case is nine minutes into the video. There are two further follow-ups (to which this refers) exposing police (and DA's office) corruption and ineptitude. They are both headed "Judges for Justice" and then type in the word Rorrer.

Wow, ya know police & prosecutors do have tunnel vision quite frequently! This would be such a travesty if Patricia ha been sitting in jail, innocently, for all of this time! As well if a killer has been living freely all this time when they should have been locked up If she's innocent, I hope thi will be a speedy process for her to be exonerated & aet free!!
