Following childbirth, I noticed my hairfall but I remained calm. I took action to remedy it. I opted for a wellness-focused strategy.
I prioritized my diet, having nutrient-rich foods, especially rich in Protein, Biotin.
I worked out regularly and practiced yoga for stress management.
I just stayed away from styles that pull on my hair and quit using heated hair tools to minimise hair stress.
I even started using LittleExtra's Coconion shampoo and hair oil along with a neem wood comb.
The outcome was hair fall control and the return of my hair.

Being a hairdresser of nearly a few years, I can tell you, that you are not supposed to apply strong hair shampoo on your hair.
I've observed hair lines of so many people, and I observed that people who were using strong shampoos generally had poor hair line.
So I recommend only to use natural shampoo cleanser only. I myself use and suggest to apply littleextrra cocconioon shampoo only.
Also, do hot oil massage twice a week as it improves circulation and encourages hair.

Actually egg yolk or white doesn't matter,count your calories intake if your current calories 2000 and if yor are going to take 3 egg per day definitely month atleast you will gain 1kg,so if you are going to take 3 eggs then limit your other calories 1600
