I had a stray cat wander out of the scrub oak and cactus; she had kittens a month later. Kept two of the four kittens (Oracle and Cyranose de Purrgerac) and found homes for the momma and two kittens. Ya just never know what the wild is gonna put on your doorstep. Don Juan is quite the character...good on him for knowing your mom was his person.
