I have the fridge planner too and my kids and husband love seeing what's on 'the menu' 😂 I'm cooking lots of wintery things in my slow cooker, like stews, currys, soups, chilli con carne. So convenient when you're working and have kids! Then other things I cook are fish pie, cottage pie, vegetable tray bake, and on weekends big family dinners that take more time like roasts, pies, lasagne, pizza etc.
Me expecting the orange drink at the start to be some kind of all singing & dancing vitamin packed electrolyte thing.......& it was orange squash! Love it! ❤ x
It's always so nice to write down those meals to cook ahead...less stressful. Love planning ahead as well. Since I am from the South(USA) I hope these meals don't sound odd or strange: I love a Taco soup, bbq with baked beans sometimes potato salad(I know lots of people today are eating healthier)Chef salad with steak, beans and rice(can use cauliflower rice) Cabbage soup is so good and easy to make, chili with cornbread...those are just a few of my family's favorite. I usually do a lentil lasagne once a week using lentils is a game changer. Chicken biryani. Salmon once a week. Curry and naan one of the days. I always make sure there's chicken, veg, meat, fish in the weekly meals and pasta x
Ooh with the rice cooker you could make rice salmon bowls! They are a staple at our house and feel so fresh with avocado and cucumber and carrots! The sauce is super simple too, soy sauce, honey garlic and ginger and spicy mayo on top once the bowl is made up.

I'm sure you can get a mirror with a continuous light band instead of the 1920s bulbs but the light spectrum is very important for how good skin etc looks.

What about steak, beef, lamb, pork? I eat all week the same dinner. Usually meat, like grained beef or pork, ribs and add rice/potato pancakes/spelled groats

If UA-cam titles are appearing in your local language, it's likely because your UA-cam language settings are set to your local language, meaning the platform automatically translates video titles based on your location and preferred language settings on your device.
If your youtube account is set to french then titles will be translated automatically, I‘m also seeing most titles in german and it‘s really confusing😅

My fav dinner is chicken chipotle tacos, I just keep it super simple and find a chipotle rub then add whatever salad I have. Love how easy it is

Prawn linguine, the sauce is butter and oil. You can dress it up or keep it simple. It’s the best!
