same here- i had gotten sued to it and then I ended up injuring my right SI joint and so stopped doing both feet behind the head- I tried again recently and it was difficult balancing while trying to interlock both feet behind the head... I will work on opening my hips more and hope that helps!
Beautiful demonstration Nora but I always thought you had to get your left leg behind 1st and then wrap the right leg over it- at least that is how it is taught in the Ashtanga tradition but maybe it is not a steadfast rule...
