What i always did and dont see anyone do is put a third hole between your two so the transducer doesnt get hooked. I also used 2-5 gallon buckets as pole holders. That way, the poles are out of the water and r right at the right height.
@@TimeOnTheLake we were on the lake 8 hours today for Brookies and nothing. Ugggg I’m not a trout fishing fan. Going for pike and walleye again tomorrow. Hopefully catch more biggies.
nice catch..you should have just removed n put away the fish finder since you weren't using it..just was in the way since you were just sight fishing lol
Lol how many minnows do you have die? I use a bubbler on my minnows from the moment i buy them at the store and might only have 4-5 die at the most. Buy a bubbler.
I just add a scoop of freshwater when I get to the spot. I’ve had 30-40 minnows at home since Tuesday (Saturday now) I add clean water once a day and have only lost 5
I'm an angler from Muskoka who grew up fishing the lower Ontario lakes as well and love catching perch. Please count me in for some new fishing buddies. Great video.
We also collect fish in Brazil, congratulations on the video
Thanks for watching, where abouts in Brasil are you from? My dad was born in São Paulo

What lake were you on?
We don't tell those secrets
@@northerngirlhobbies oh you’re one of those people 😒
@@wesleyminnie1535 not for larger lakes though.
@@northerngirlhobbies thing is I was asking Marcus as it’s his video 🤷🏼♂️ not you 🤡
I usually don’t mind telling people locations… just not in public comment sections 😉
I’m also an angler from Southern Ontario, I’d love to hit the ice or a lake with you if you need a hog chasing partner haha
I'm down my man! Always looking for new fishing buddies

I know perch is the best freshwater fish to eat, but I rather see catch and release in vids.
Don’t watch it then
@@Alex-rl5kj Ok I will remember and I won't watch your vids anymore
I catch and release 95% of the time but there's nothing wrong with keeping a few to bring back to your family
