Is derby some of the best for 37s? And what times are the most frequent for them because im in Bristol and considering going up but dont really want a disappointment but i reckon mid day in the week is good. Good catches btw i enjoyed
@@charlie8562 yes derby is probably the best place for class 37s, I’m not local so not sure on the best time and day to go but I think mid week is busiest usually!
@@TRAlNVlDEOSyeah any freight/ movements are always hit and miss, there may be loads on rtt but some cancelled or "runs as required" and by the end you get a few. Although one time at seven tunnel junction i got 10 freight trains including a drs which i was very happy with. (He also gave me tones its part of my half an hour severn tunnel video). I do miss the door on the front i had the good fortune meney years ago my grada was a stion master at Paignton we went in to the siding on a cab ride a nt through the coachs to re jont the loco i do miss br locomotive not all this new stuff i stoped likeing new stuff after the class 90 they had style not these long lengths of loco with no style i rember the hst comeing out after growing up with steam i thought deisle were something out of sifi but wen the 125 came out oomg even the new deisle no stayle in the old day you new wat loco it was before you could see it it al brings a smile to my 80 year old face wen these new locomotive fail and a grand old gal has to come and rescue it it goes to show how we built these grand old gals not this new generation its the gen z of locomotive how meny new loco will you young guys and girls will be looking at hopful my my era locomotive some how i cant see theses surving just listen to that 37 growling out out the staton enough said sadly im a western man watching the warship going in to and out of dart mouth station the wen it closed watching in the sidings warsh class 52 ect wel i had my rant guys and girls great show who ever you thank for stearing up great memories be for i get shunted to the western loco shed in the sky

Derby is getting better than Carlisle.but Carlisle will always be home for me.
