NIce video! Wondering how the 5.5 Held up for you guys a year later. Im new to the game and looking at this same machine so a follow up 1 year later would be greatly appreciated!!
Just bought a Simpson 4200 water blaster belt drive…10 pulls on the 390 honda engine, got lazy and ordered the Honda 390 electric start engine coming in next week!
There may be something wrong somewhere, maybe carb? I have had 3 of the Honda GX 390 and I can’t remember a time I had to pull more than 2-3 times. Is your gas fresh? Because honestly once you get a fresh tank ran thru it it should start on the 1st 2nd pull all day long. At least that’s been my experience over the last 5 years
When you start it up the whole neighbourhood knows about it .... it is loud mine is anyway.... I think or hope you have a video on it actually in use .. straing it up etc .. That would have added a lot more value and clicks 100 % to the video
Hey brotha I’m actually about to order this machine I have the predator 420 on a 5.5gpm general pump, I could never get it lined up right with my pulley specs unfortunately. How does this machine treat y’all with surfacing long hours I’ll be matching mine with the 20inch BE surface cleaner thanks for any input.🙏🏻💯
This machine has done us great. We also us a 20" BE surface cleaner and as long as you have the right tips it does great with this machine. Thanks for watching!

Thanks for watching! So far our GX390 has been doing well. It starts up on 1st pull just about every time. We have even talked about getting a 2nd one. We use a 20" surface cleaning with it and it works out great for us. Any other questions feel free to ask. Thank you!

That's nice. We was going to get the electric start but didn't want to spend the extra money. Let us know how you like it.

I took a 420 predator$320 and another 800 in parts including the pump add turn mine into a belt drive for 1200

Is there a breaking period to this machine???
Not sure what you are asking but the machine runs good. We have had to do some maintenance to it but it's still running.
@@thebrothersbarn6094_He probably meant how many hours should it take to break in the new machine before you can run it commercially._
@@DoctorRickSanchez we ran it commercially as soon as we hooked it up 😁. Just need to change the oil after the first 10 hours.
