Great photography with incredible clarity and excellent shot selection. There are plenty of wrist shots with which to admire the scintillation and detailing of this stunning piece. Reviewers often fail to demonstrate how the watch sits on the wrist in a variety of situations and light.
I have this same watch but the 203 model in black. What a beauty she is too. The finishing and detail of these watches is insane which makes me wonder why Rolex is so popular. GS definitely kills Rolex, Omega and Tudor in finishing as the watches feel all handmade, not by machines. Easily my favorite watch brand and I'm definitely going to pick up another GS or two.
Watches like this are why I recommend Grand Seiko when it comes to GMTs. Fantastic design that works for both business and casual, waterproof to 100 meters meaning you go for a swim in the pool, and a full GMT function that is not only legible without looking like a sport watch but is properly adjustable without having to stop the time.
I have 2 Grand Seiko, they are fantastic watches, got to watch out for that Zaratsu polishing though, it’s so good any scratches make you die a little inside. I’ve never been so aware of door handles as when I have a GS on my wrist.
nice review, I would personally like to have the speeches read out abit faster. this is abit 0.5sec or 1 sec too slow for me. I am curious to know with the height of 14mm does it feel abit top heavy or wobbly if we wrist turn or shake around abit? Do you feel the watch "Float" abit on your wrist rather than hugging ? I am really on the fence for this GMT line from GS. Your input is greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work . love the out door natural light!

OMG love the IRL shots in natural light outside and not all of them inside a studio!!
Thanks man!!
Stunning piece. I'm trying to get my hands on the sbga415 in the UK.

Please, be realistic also with quality of bracelet and clasp in mind. Both are absolute rubbish on GS

Well said!
You really captured that zaratzu. Great videography man. Subscribed.
Thanks for the support 👍

I’m the same way, I’m always wary where my wrist is!
I know that pain. I got a nasty scratch on my SBGH267 just a couple days after I bought it and it just hurt.
Wonderful Watch, the only GS I want in my collection. Enjoy It man!
Thanks man! Hope you get one in the collection too one day
I love grand seiko they are just something special !
Awesome to hear man! Welcome to the GS community!
Beautifully done review . My complements.
Question: Does this watch have a date hack?
The GMTs don’t have a date hack so you’ll have to jump with the hour hand to change the date
Stunning watch and great content. What brand is the leather strap by the way. I’m looking to get one too
Thanks for the support!! Its a Hodinkee calf strap

What are your thoughts on the new SLGA007?
I need to see it in person but it’s the same case design as the white birch so I like that!
What is the retail price?
what's your wrist size?
Do you own this?
👍🏻
Very nice. Pity about the GMT that is not needed and just a distraction on the legibility.
There is an answer to that, don’t buy a GMT watch if you don’t want a GMT watch. Others do.
Calm down
