I know this is probably obvious because of my profile pic but, Mae and Bea from 'Night In The Woods'. I honestly can't even explain why I love 'em so much. NITW was probably one of the first "dark-er" pieces of media that I discovered as a kid and honestly it still slaps to this day. Every single character in that game has their charm but, Bea has to be my favorite in terms of depth and overall vibes (Mae's cool too but looking back she was kinda annoying to everyone around her, I still like her though).
Same, I adore the Animatronics from Fnaf SB bc they have something called a ✨personality✨that most of the others lack
Roxy’s (and all the glamrocks) personality actually seem real, like you can know why they feel they way they do. I like Roxy bc she is sassy bc of her insecurities, that’s a great idea for a character so yea, I do enjoy Monty and Glamrock Freddy to, just Roxy hit different lol.

My favorite furry character probably has to be Niko from Oneshot. It's not even a furry game, and technically Niko is more like a cat-person, but I still count it. If you've never heard of the game, I suggest looking into it. That game is one of my all-time favorites tbh.
My favorit furry videogame character is Fidget from Dust: an elysian tail. She has such a great personality and all of her diolog just makes me smile.
I also HIGHLY recomend playing Dust, It needs a larger spotlight on it.
Aaaaa, I love Spiritfarer so much and I'm glad to hear more people talk about it. Astrid was definitely one of my favourite character and she's just so cute! Got really emotional over the last scene with her (Not naming it specifically just in case, because spoilers)
Okay, I know he is popular but freak it : Puro from Changed is my favorite furry character and that's for 1 simple reason.
I admire his absolute determination, dedication and ability to adapt.
*Minor spoilers for the game*
Like seriously, the guy's species can barely see anything, yet his curiosity and willpower allowed him to adapt himself to be able to read. He fought against his physical limitations to be able to read the books he found, spent years after years in solitude learning how to read, speak and write ( mostly ) like a human before ever knowing the existence of Lin ( the player).
That boy just deserves as much happiness as possible because he is just so amazing and pure and he deserves to have his efforts rewarded.
I am changing my favorite character from Roxanne Wolf (FNAF SB) to Puro (Changed), thanks to your insight on video.

I think it's interesting that Bowser is one of the most popular male characters among furries. He's arguably a furry, since he's a bit turtley. He's somewhat based on the Kappas of Japanese mythology. Still, he really stands out!

Your choice for Sonic the Hedgehog really made me smile. Knuckles is the best and I love him so much. Tails is my favorite followed closely by Sonic, then Knuckles then Amy. My favorite version of Knuckles has gotta be Sonic Boom Knuckles. He's just so funny and innocent. I love him. I didn't like Shadow very much cuz of his attitude but, after watching SonicSong182 I've grown a soft spot for him. I've been in the Sonic Fandom for a while now and it's great here! Even though some people here are very weird lol. Sonic the hedgehog led me to the character stills community which led me to your channel which led me to becoming a minor low-key furry. I'd love to talk about all the characters in Sonic and what I like about each but that's gonna be a whole ESSAY. I love each character so so much! Glad to see you're a sonic fan!

Honestly one of my favorites from my childhood is Blinx from Blinx the Timesweeper, just a fuzzy lil cat dude going around hoovering up time monsters.

The characters from "Freedom Planet" are all quite nice and appealing, and my personal favorite character from that game would have to be Milla due to her cute design and personality, but I can't forget about Lilac and Carol as well.

So when I first saw this and the thumbnail, I was like “oh I wonder who that is” and when I only played undertale. Today I first played DeltaRune (UNDERTALE IS BETTER NO OFFENSE LOL) and Ralsei is so cute! I love him. Also, I’ve kinda developed this lil theory that he might be trans because sometimes I find myself thinking “she” instead of he because he is soft. I just finished chapter one, and started chapter 2. Also, I didn’t know he was a goat, but I honestly like his earlier design better XD
I might be showing my age here but......... I love Banjo and Kazooie! I love their designs. I love their personalities and their relationship to each other. I love their silly sounding "voices". I absolutely love their games on the N64.

One of my favorite furry video game characters has to be Isabelle from Animal Crossing. She's sweet, polite, hardworking, has a cute voice, and her design is simply adorable. In fact, her English name is a play on the fact that she kind of looks like a bell bag. As if she IS-A-BELL. Which is simply amazing and makes her even cuter.
Also, she's an absolute beast in Smash Ultimate

Kass from breath of the wild is a big favorite for me. He was a friendly face I could find in every corner of the world, sometimes it even felt like he was my traveling companion.

5:10 Technically, that’s just the POKÉMON Mystery Dungeon games. Mystery Dungeon is actually it’s own series. Less than half of them are Pokémon games, it’s just that the Pokémon ones are the most well known (at least in my experience).
Dang I should definitely play delta rune but I haven't because I had a hard time with undertale and I'm not sure if delta rune is such as hard or harder or easier

Hm. That's a hard one, but I do believe it to be Roxan Wolf.
As you said, she is just a puppy. She is very soft, so she covers it up with anger. I love her design, and her personality. I was sad as well when she was all burnt up, and walking around blind, and saying, "Am I still pretty?" I kid you not, I did cry.
I can't remember where I saw it from, but apparently Freddy and Chica are the only two animatronics with souls, while the other two just have a personality. I think it's cool to see how Freddy goes from being a kid, murdered and afraid. To being a really awesome friend to a little kid. cause they can relate. And plus, Freddy still might be a kid in the soul?

Favourite furry video game characters… well I really love wolf link, as he’s just a good boy, and I also love lucario and zeraora, as well as revali from botw, and a ton more.
I really loved Kass and Revali...I've always loved the Rito's deign in botw......I also really loved Wolf Link from Twighlight Princess as well but his isn't considered a furry.
Other furry game characters you should know about that would interest you all are Garr and Rei from Breath of Fire III, Lynx from Chrono Cross, and Pearl, Larc, Daena, Sierra, Sandra, and Niccolo from Legend of Mana to name more than a few! Isha Asha Maahesha, Ehna Masreyeen!

As someone who loves the game the legend of Zelda,I agree a lot.
My favorite furry character is Susie from Deltarune. Technically she is a Scalie, but, you know. Still a furry. I connect and relate with her on a personal level, as she reminds me a lot of some key aspects of myself. Ralsei is pretty cute too.
A furry character that is very famous is Puro, from changed, he is just an adorable sweetheart, seriously, most of the time u want to hug him, he is so cuteeee and keep trying to help u most of the time, even if he can't, plus, different from the others latex creature in the game, he is very curious and interessed in humans and even learned how to read, write and speak the human language!
Something funny that i remember is that he said he tried to help the other latex wolves like him to read, but his partners ate the books lol

I love pretty much all the characters. but My favorites are Perle, Marina, Spyke, agent 3, Crusty Shawn, Little Judd. (Who is definitely a furry)
and my 1# favorite is Agent 8. He/she Is an adorable cinnamon roll! I love Him/Her ☺️

A franchise that wasn't mentioned in the list would Animal Crossing. I would definitely say that Whitney and Audie are strong on the list of furry characters I like.
Are are all aquatic anthros considered scalies? I would just call them fishies. XD Also, my favorite game anthros are Palicos from Monster Hunter.
I haven't ever played Golden Sun for myself, but I've heard of it thanks to Super Smash Bros. The main character, Isaac, I believe, appears as an assist trophy. But Sveta looks super cool! I really like her beast form. :D
As for one of my favorite furry characters, I absolutely adore Lucario from the Smash Bros. series! He's one of my mains because he's got a great set of attacks and he's super cool.
Some others others would be Glamrock Chica, Shadow the Hedgehog and Rouge the Bat!

When it comes to Sonic, I personally prefer Jet because I found him fun to play in Sonic Riders Zero Gravity
Also, my top characters definitely go to early Sonic incarnations of Tails ( at least before he became the "I built a time machine from a ball of yarn and paperclips" Tails (and if Jet didn't exist) and Konqi (a mascot that got made into a kart for supertuxkart (a game you don't really here anyone ever talk about, I swear))

I loved Knuckles as well. He was just one cool dude with spiky fists. As I got more into the furry fandom though, all of the Sonic series characters and their unique designs have grown on me and I like em too.
In terms of my favorite furry video game character, I actually have alot I like. But one I will name is Raymond (as well as Rover) from Animal Crossing, mostly because he has a lot in common with my fursona. In a way, I consider Raymond my fursona's stepbrother.

If you ever consider playing any of the older Fire Emblems (Awakening, Fates, Radiant Dawn...), there's a few furry-ish characters in those, kind of similar to the Golden Sun character! They have a humanoid form, and turn into animals in battle! There's cats, birds, dragons, rabbits, foxes, and wolves depending on which games you pick! Of course their species' names are different, but those are the animals they resemble!
Kaden from Fire Emblem Fates helped me figure out that I'm a furry lol
Favourite has to be T’ai Fu, from T’ai Fu Wrath of the Tiger. When I was little, I thought he was so cool. The art style really has personality too.
