I got the diagnosis after life of being overly medicated, hospitalized and misdiagnosed by well meaning doctors and therapists. Though I believe they probably saved my life til I could get here. This diagnosis felt devastating and it took awhile to accept, though now my life (and all the symptoms) makes sense and makes sense to some people very close to me..I'm now way less medicated and working with a great therapist, psychologist and psychiatrist. IFS has been a helpful framework. I've never done EMDR or hypnosis because a part of me will not allow it and we don't chase traumatic memories. This is a real thing. And it actually makes logical sense, at least in my development. I love that you mentioned it's not as overt in appearance typically. If it was, it would have been dangerous as a child where it was important NOT to draw too much attention to myself.

Hi wendla, As I am not English speaker when I comment something like (questions about some topic) on some UA-cam videos in English, i feels like what if my posted comments grammar may not be correct?
and what if she/he understand something else about my question and give me answer that way not like as i was expected?
So why is this happening? Any way to deal with this?

I have that, okay I think its the stress thing though because this happened to me slowly over long course of stress. Took 2 years to reach this point. I’ve forgotten everything thats happened over the last 2 years. There are times when I have heavenly experience and all symptoms go away, and peace washes over my entire body, it sometimes happens 10 times a day or not in 6 months, but it usually happens once or twice a month and lasts for an hour, the longest its ever lasted is 3 days. Feel very unstable. Like idk what I have it may be something else but I definitely have something, I’ll be sure to tell these symptoms to my doctor though, I didn’t think they were relevant.
