Great opportunity to learn without picking up too many bad habits, just focus on the technique tips and copying movements as best as possible (go lighter if you are struggling to keep up). Try some of my other dumbbell follow alongs and let me know how you get on!
Great workout! this is my second week in for 3 days a week I been following your legs db,arms and shoulder db and this chest and back db. Question … for this work out first half I went 20Lb second half I went down to 15lb only struggle was the incline db fly I went down to 10LB only for that workout . Is that alright? Was able to do full reps vs the the 15lb . Only for this specific workout I went down to 10LB though ..
Ye just pick the weight that feel best for each exercise and you can do it properly. I try to keep workout sections using a similar weight as many people don’t have a good selection of dumbbells but in an ideal situation you would be picking the dumbbell weight that feels right for each exercise.
This was great man! I liked how you utilized supersets to work the large muscle groups consistently for a real workout. Other 20 minute workouts I've seen are just 20 different exercises lol.

No specific exercises will help. Just reduce your body fat percentage and a proportion of that fat will come off your chest. Building general muscle mass and increasing activity levels can be part of your fat loss but chest exercise’s won’t increase fat loss in that area, just build the muscles underneath. If you still feel you have disproportionate fat around you chest get your Testosterone and Oestrogen tested to make sure you don’t have a significant imbalance.

Great workout! I've got a bench and some 15kgs at home now so ideal! Definitely the 1 and 1/2 chest press was toughest for me too
