I've built several custom bikes and can honestly say that only one bike needed header wrap to keep the exhaust from melting the battery, getting the gas tank and carb too hot and melting wires. The only other time i wrapped exhaust was because i was embarrassed of the quality of weld/fitment. I fit all of my exhausts and tack/tig them together and have my buddy that does pipe fitting for pharma industry final weld everything. Your exhaust must look like Ray Charles welded it with his feet while he had a charlie horse in his calf. I pity all bikes with unnecessary exhaust wrap. It's the first indication of poor fabrication skills... some day grass hopper. some day you will learn. Also the fitment of the gas tank and head tube gusset looks hack. The overall idea, design and colors are great. Needs a lot of refinement to my thumbs up

Totally a masterpiece! You excellent craftsmen left the engine as is very intelligent the engine will run cooler never paint black an air cooled engine black attacks more heat.
