I have the style pass and I recently got offered a quick turnaround. The preview looked like they were trying to clear out all the summer things that did not sell. White pants and white shorts at the end of August? Mary Jane style shoes that looked like the ones I wore in grammar school. Baby doll style top for me, a woman over 60? Orange pants with 29 inch inseam, when I tell them I need 32. I declined all the items in the preview. I think I asked for the fix to be cancelled as it did not seem like they got me at all. They did cancel, but they sent me an email implying it was my fault if my preview was bad because I don’t go in look at the outfits combination photos and pick ones i like. I think I at the time I had about 30 items with ❤️’s on them selected. My next scheduled fix is coming this week. Let’s hope this one goes better. I don’t think I would have kept anything in your fix either. Let’s just hope they are having season transition issues.
The MJs are right on trend and new to their inventory. I’m not surprised that they are dumping old inventory. I have no idea how they are still in business, quite frankly. But what they are going through is exactly the way Trunk Club worked before they closed down. My only suggestion is really scour freestyle and save anything you are even remotely interested in. Then reference your list in your note.
Yeah, I totally get why you are passing on all here. While the items were on your wishlist still you need to try them and see, right? I know all too well that because I like something doesn't necessarily mean once I actually try it on it will work for me in the end. Anyways, still enjoyed your try-on and hoping you are enjoying the holiday weekend now 🥰

I’m trying to get a few things from them and I don’t want to do freestyle because in case you haven’t noticed, I use this more as a try b4 you buy vs a styling service. I’m getting another fix next week-if none of my requests are in it, I’ll probably take it as a sign I have to look elsewhere for these items. If I have to pay up front, I’d rather buy at places where I can return and get my money back immediately vs wait for weeks for them to process my credit! TFW and stay tuned if I get what I want next week!

I only stick to a few name brands, the same items you can get at Nordstrom’s or Macys, like Michael Stars, Dolce Vita, Kut, Sanctuary, Liverpool. I’d rather get thru SF since I don’t have to pay up front and returns are easy. So as long as they send what I really want, we are good. I’ve been requesting some DV shoes for last 4 fixes. If I don’t get in this next one, I’m done for a while. I agree, quality and styles suck except for the non-house brands, but getting them in your boxes is challenging!

Too bad nothing worked for you. I almost always decline the quick turnaround fixes. I'm usually over it and I end up sending everything back.
