the cooldown is only 6 seconds long, same as the buff duration. so yes it has a cooldown but you can have it up all the time you are just not able to refresh the duration while the effect is on you.
If you run refreshing over refreshing evasion on bow build than you’re missing out on a lot of dps. As long as you roll 3 times within 15 seconds (which you can roll way more than that obviously) than it’s equal to refreshing so with refreshing evasion you can do literally triple the dps.

Isn't it an 86% increase in healing? If the heal hits for 100 normally, and 30% reduction on heavy armour, that would be 70 units of heals. Light armour would receive 130 units of heals. The difference between light and heavy being 60 units of heals. If you are at heavy heals (70), you would be receiving 86% more (60/70=86%) heal units by swapping to light. Common mistake with %'s :)

No it's not .. PVP is broken and animation cancelling + broken mechanics is destroying what little fun people have left ... OPR is overrun with GS / HA and Muskets that clip you from 100s of meters away instantly. It's boring and uninspiring... Steam charts show this and the countless feedfback validates this as well. Let's hope the new mechanic changes makes some positive steps in the right direction. although the fundemental issues of anim canceling and exploits aren't being addressed.
isnt completly true what u said about crit multiplier, since u got vicious and few skill perks on nearly all weapon, that boosts crit dmg fire staff for example has 1.25 on staff + 0.12 vicious + 0.15 skill talent, making it 1.52% crit dmg multiplier
Correct. Since Medium is no adjustment, we’ll say your healing in medium is 100. So, healing in heavy would be 70, and healing in light would be 130. So, that is a raw healing amount difference of 60. However, 60 as a percentage of 70 is roughly 85%. In short, don’t wear heavy armor as a healer, and percentages are hard.
Listen.. the pvp in this game is so bad. I am on "west" servers getting over 80 ping when on a good game like Valorant, I typically get single digit ping, (7-9ms) and this really shows in pvp. This game is not fun anymore after the grind to 620 gear score with 2 bis weapons and 2 bis armors, because solely of the lag in pvp. The grind for better gear is very worth it, because it feels unbalanced as hell. The pvp is so dry when I get reposted or swept when I just swept the guy... DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME.
This information is very useful for those of us who don't do a lot of PvP yet .. but have begun to move into it. Thank you for sharing.

common miscomception is that shirking fort has no cooldown. it infact has a 12s cooldown wich apears on ur buff bar when it activates. i guess the description text was too long for them to add this
Go run some dungeons and stop trying to craft shit then. I came back after 8 months off and it's not hard to obtain at all
No it's not .. Let's hope the new mechanic changes makes some positive steps in the right direction. although the fundemental issues of anim canceling and exploits aren't being addressed.
isnt completly true what u said about crit multiplier, since u got vicious and few skill perks on nearly all weapon, that boosts crit dmg
fire staff for example has
1.25 on staff
+ 0.12 vicious
+ 0.15 skill talent, making it 1.52% crit dmg multiplier
That is very true, but even with 10% + 24% resilience will negate so much of it. But you are correct
Imagine running voidbent and heavy as a healer in 2022 LOLOL
No 10% bonus healing in medium. Silly uncle. AGS changed that with the armour rework. Now it's +30% 0% -30% . tsk tsk tsk tsk
gotcha, maybe im old xD
from 70% to 130% is 85% more. Math am i right ;)
What? Lmao 🤣
He’s right. Divide 130/70
Correct.
Since Medium is no adjustment, we’ll say your healing in medium is 100. So, healing in heavy would be 70, and healing in light would be 130. So, that is a raw healing amount difference of 60. However, 60 as a percentage of 70 is roughly 85%. In short, don’t wear heavy armor as a healer, and percentages are hard.

everyone seems to be running bow/rapier and its honestly just boring.
Pick light armor pick ranged/rapier and you need nothing else.
Bow rapier is my favorite load out, been using it for so long
@@ItzTermx bow gang stand up
@@ItzTermx in pve to ?
wb in NW
At least 3 piece freedom does so much more than resilient
Why not both 😉
@@ItzTermx true but imo the freedom is a requirement resilient is a bonus.
@@b.a.1591 I feel that, shield stuns are brutal atm, same with hammers
Listen.. the pvp in this game is so bad. DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME.
i hate meta, it forces a certain playstyle
Who da heck is this guy? Now game comes to life and these nobodys come in to play
Been making New World content since day 1, who are you?
Lol use secondary weapon spear lol😅
Sometimes, I switch between rapier and spear
lmao
