I watched baby first tv when I was 7, and I also watched noggin, playhouse disney, pbs kids, hbo family, hbo family jam, cartoon network, boomerang, toon disney, sprout, qubo, the hub, discovery family, and loads of other stuff. Too bad nothing ain't the same anymore. Many of these channels changed names.
I feel so nostalgic watching your PBS Kids Sprout/Universal Kids and Babyfirst TV history videos. I watched PBS KIDS, PBS KIDS Sprout/Universal Kids, including BabyFirst TV as a small child. Thank you for bringing me my childhood nostalgia!
Baby first is super nostalgic for me! I used to watch a lot of these shows when I was on vacation at Myrtle beach! I stopped watching it at like 8 though because my parents wanted me to watch something else since I was growing up. I still have so much memories of this show though, bet I'll try watching it again at this year's vacation.
I remember this channel. Stupid to remember my favorite show was Petey Paintbrush because growing up I liked art. Some of the shows I remember were Musti, The Notekins, The YoYo and Peanut Show, Hide and Seek, and more, I remember watching it on my DIRECTV right before a few years I had to get rid of it. it was pretty nostalgic watching it in Spanish.
Subscribed to this channel when it first came out in 2006 for my son who was almost one years old. It taught him to read and count years before he started pre school. I will always be thankful for BabyFirst tv. As a mom, I miss many of the shows he and I watched together, Salli Malli, Doug and his sticker book, Tec the Tractor, and the one with animals made out of vegetables and fruits. My son knew the name of everything in the produce section of the supermarket when he was only 3 !!
What I remember watching on Baby First TV back in 2006 when it was BRAND NEW: 1 - Sammy, Finger Foods, Today I Took My Diapers Off, Betty Beep (from Baby Songs) 2 - Squeak! - when I'd wake up at 1 AM 3 - TEC the tractor 4 - Childhood songs 5 - The clown show about opposites
@@patchschannel4059 The fifth one you were talking was called "The Yoyo and Peanut Show". Oh, and the show about vegetables I think was called "Foodie Fables".
All I remember is color crew, Harry the bunny, along with knock knock and hide and seek, I don't remember hide and seek being called hide and seek, but as soon as I seen the squirrels a memory unlocked. I think I mainly watch these on UA-cam, but the my child me and baby first TV song unlocked something........ I never knew about the flower changing colors to fit certain genres though, and there was another hiding show called peekaboo. You unlocked memories of rainbow horse and tilly knock knock, that duck is a part of my core memory...... there is also the show with a parrot called vocabularry, and the parrot's name is Larry and he teaches you how to speak. I remember seeing these a lot since my brother watched them, also the best show by far is Harry the Bunny and don't tell me otherwise, I need a plushie of him.
I watched babyfirst TV when I was 5-6. My parents begged me to stop, and I was banned from watching the channel for years. I watched it not so long ago to see what I was so addicted to as a kid. the level of poor quality and CRINGEE put into this whole channel is crazy. I don't know what I was thinking as a kid.
Whenever the night strip airs in the middle of the night, I wake up while laying in bed watching it run, possibly making sure everything was airing correctly.
I sure do watched it in 2010 such as Harry the bunny, Tillie Knock Knock, Squeak!,Petey the paintbrush,Hide and Seek, Rainbow Horse, MioMao,The Yo Yo and Peanut show, Wonderbox, Musti,Fred and Fiona, VocabuLarry, Puzzles, and The Notekins
This one brings me back to my bio father's apartment. Him and my brother would be on the couch in the living room watching some type of sport (usually baseball or football depending on the season) and he had a lot of the premium channels at his house so i would watch them sometimes. For what reason, idk....but around age 7-ish I sat on the bed in the bedroom and just watched this all day even though i was far out of the age demographic.
I kind of surprise that shows like Teletubbies wasn’t on this channel since it was technically the first preschool show to be directly for one and four years olds
The main reason why I stumbled across this channel is because my baby cousin would get so hyped up when It was on. But I mostly remember CBeebies It would be interested to see the history of that And yes I did watch “in the night garden”
I remember watching BabyFirst tv when I was 8 years old and during that time I have been Cartoon Network and watching anime and cartoons as well as watching crafting videos and logo evolution and making dresses for the dolls and watching comics explaining videos and watching wrestling 🤼♀️ videos.

My grandparents have a vacation house on Fire Island in NY, and that tv has direct tv which gets Babyfirst. So whenever we go out to FI in the summer I'm always asking what channel Babyfirst is Even when I was 12 I would run right from the ferry to the house and put on Babyfirst and hope Squeak comes on (even though it usually is on at night, yeah don't judge me I memorize when which show is on). I'll admit It's a little weird to have an almost teenager watch Babyfirst, but It's just so iconic and nostalgic for me. So nostolgic when I'm at my non Fire Island house that doesn't have Babyfirst, I refuse to let my little siblings watch it on UA-cam because it ruins the nostalgia for me. The nostalgia of eating a muffin while watching 5 minute baby shows before going to the beach. But what I love about the channel is the consistancy, none of the shows that Medora mentions thats were around on day 1 have left the channel, I think because there so short and obviously so inoffensive there's no reason to take away the classics, especially if Harry The Bunny, or Honey Bunny as my sister called him is still their secondary mascot behind the flower. It was just so fun seeing my Mom sing to Shushybye, make fun of the way The Notekins sang, and watch Li'l Vinnys Art and Squeak like there was no tomorrow.
I watched BabyFirst countless times when I had DirecTV back in 2014-16, and I've rewatched some of these shows, and my god, the nostalgia is insane. I remember watching this channel one day, and I believe at some point what happened was that channel was gonna switch to something else. I remember furiously trying to rewind but it wouldn’t let me go back any farther. It was on Channel 126 on Dish Network
There was this show I saw on BabyFirst when I was very little that was about Spanish words where some woman stood in a kitchen repeating colors like “Rojo, rojo” & “Verde, verde” and she would occasionally tilt her head side to side and would repeat the words nonstop in a very repetitive and annoying way that I used to absolutely CRACK UP at when I was little. It aired on BabyFirst sometime between 2008 and 2010. I’ve looked all over the internet for it but could not find it at all. Does anybody have this?
I remember watching this network when I was 5ish until 8ish I believe I couldn’t remember some people may say I was to old for this network at that time but now I am truly old for this network and don’t watch it anymore
I never watched the channel, and hadn't heard of it until probably 2018, but there was one show from the channel i did watch because we have it on DVD, Brainy Baby, we had two dvds, one that taught spanish and one that taught english (i thought both taught Spanish, but according to my brother one taught english, idk why we had that one since english is our first language) we used to call the show "finding sugar" for some reason 😂
Well i don't remember the time i was first watching baby first but when i found it again i was 7 at the time and i stop watching the channel at the age of 9 so yeah i was really old but it had shows i remember and that was awesome

Well, I used to watch it back when I was 2, that was way back in 2009, sheesh, that was a long time ago, & I have a lot of good memories watching it
I Watch BabyFirstTV that i remember since Toddler or Kid. including Hide and Seek, Tillie Knock Knock, Harry the Bunny, Wonderbox, Rainbow Horse, Peekaboo I See You, VocabuLARRY, Color Crew, Bonnie Bear and More
I didn’t watch it but my little sister did so I watched it when I was too old too
I remember watching this channel one day, and I believe at some point what happened was that channel was gonna switch to something else.
I use to watch that show when I was a toddler
did anyone watch this on netflix like in 2015?? i did and it was like a combo of all of them. my fav were the sand man
damm this feels nostalgic whenever i visited my dad i turned on babyfirst and now i randombly found babyfirst and i finally found babyfirst💞
Oh. My. God. Squeak, Tec the Tractor, and Hide and Seek were my favorite shows to watch on it.
Why do I like this even though I’m 11 years old.
I watched this until I was 7 I don’t know why.
I was 3 freaking months old when I discovered this with my baby
Rainbow horse just flies through a bunch of eggplants
Color Crew and Hide and Seek were some of my favorites
Our son Brady loves baby first still at the age of 6. Thank you !
