Cancer Journey. Day 191. Season’s Greetings and My Wish for You!

There is the calm before the storm and the calm after the storm.
As I make my way back to the normalcy of work routines, I find myself reflecting on both.
The past 4 days have been a whirlwind on many levels with many sweet tender quiet moments in between.
Reflecting on it all allows me to relish in the myriad of gifts this time offers…sometimes in unexpected packages like burst water pipes and drifted snow.
Grateful for those who continue to respond to our random calls for help…and for kind neighbors who text at 5:30am saying “Hi neighbor! How might we be of service to you today?!”
Instant Messages with thoughtful words of kindness always soothe the soul during turbulent times and even if I have yet to respond, please know that I am grateful for each and every word!
Wishing you the warmest of seasons greetings and an intentional wrap up to 2022!
