I had an hp h8-1020 back in the day that wasn't too bad. i7-2600s, 8gb of ram and an hd 6570 gpu. Was decent out of the box, but after I while I found out the hard way that it only supported 8gb of ram, only supported s model processors which are low power versions, and had secure boot baked into it that you could not turn off so it only worked with the hd 6570 it came with or a gtx 660ti. Wouldn't even boot if you tried any other gpus with it.

The "HP Pavilion TG01-2176z | Ryzen 7 5700G + RTX 3060" is a MUCH better buy as well as a significant performance boost. I have this CPU/GPU configuration in an ASUS pre-built. I can't speak for HP but the Asus setup allows for aggressive overclocking on both RAM and CPU and will require a larger CPU air-cooler for the overclock. As Toasty Bros mentioned HP tends to be too 'proprietary' and may not allow as much flexibility as an Asus or other options. The reason I mention this is the 5700G is only 65W TDP but aggressively overclocked you can come REALLY REALLY close to a 5800X CPU that uses 105W TDP. Even though the 5700G has HALF the L3 cache in gaming with the aggressive overclock FPS is only 2-5 lower than a 5800X in MANY MANY games and with the cooler upgrade ($50) runs MUCH cooler than the 5800X which tends to run WARM as it is with NO overclock. You'll NEVER notice 2-5FPS or even 10FPS! I know! Many people are going to bitch here as the 5700G is PCIE 3.0 where the 5800X is PCIE 4.0 but if you actually delve deep into comparisons this is little to no difference in gaming performance. Also, any Ryzen CPU LOVES dual channel RAM (16GB) and with the proper Mother-board you can use 3600MHz+ if timed correctly will also boost performance even though ALL 5000 series Ryzen CPU's 'say' they only support 3200MHz. I do CAD work as well and had to upgrade to 32Gb of RAM and I opted for dual channel 3600MHz which I tweaked in the bios and it really makes a difference in CAD and gaming.

You don't need to be on "Performance Mode" in Fortnite when you are getting close to 200fps! I'd rather play at 1080p medium and get close to 60fps-100fps, as it will still work fine and also look better as well.

Are those temps high enough for concern?
I got this pc like 3 years ago for 200$ brand new gave it to my brother when I build my 3090 rig pretty good prebuild just make sure it has 16gb of ram
Hey Toasty Bros, you guys should put Multiversus from stream because it is free to play and fun.
GVGMall is so easy to use that a caveman could do it. The PC in the link for HP has a Ryzen 3 5300G and RX5500 for $600.
Curiosity… what model is the benq monitor your playing on?
Im asking as im trying to find a 27”+ monitor that is good for gaming and photo editing… quite a struggle to find one.
Just ordered a pavilion running i5 gen 11 with gtx 1660 super, 16gb ram, 512 gb ssd
I was looking at that same pc model but the problem was the website I was looking at was a scam, I really wish I have a gaming pc :(
I'm thinking about buying this so I can play stuff like Genshin with it it looks like a really good begginers pc because I've been looking for pcs all day and it just stresses you out xD
Systems like this I might buy for the gpu back shortage days, now it's really not worth it.
You should do a budget jawa build
be fine for an entry level gamer and those who dont have alot of money
I have this PC and I truly love it! For $600 I got A 6 core 12 Thread CPU. And an 4gb RX 5500. Just Have to upgrade the storage Like IMMEDIATELY! And upgrade to 16gb of ram nowadays
i got the one with a ryzen 5 5500 and a gtx 1650 super
I bought that iBuyPower PC about a year ago and barely even used it. Now it's acting up. I can't stream nor can I do my art work on it. I might buy it just for streaming and art work only.
I have this pc and it’s good all you gotta do is get like 16 ram which I have and better storage which I haven’t done yet cuz I don’t really play games that require a bunch of storage. But I will eventually.
i did some modificasion to this gaming pc, i added a heatsink for the m2 ssd, and then i replaced a new heatsink for the cpu, i also made a hole in front of the pc and added a fan innside for better air inntake :) i also added thermal heatsink on the vrm around cpu. i am planing to place a 3070 inn it dual fans since i have the 500 watt psu.
That's a lot of modding 😋
@@Joreel well the ssd i saw that hit 60c withouth a heatsink, and thats not good. so i did what i could think of to get the best thermal for the whole pc :D heat means alot for a gaming pc lifespend.
you should use the Omen case, one that can be installed with an AIO watercooler
@@baoquoc3710 no, the point of all this is not to buy another case :) but to do the best with the case you already have.
Iv got that hp tg01 with a ryzen 5 5500g iv upgrade psu to 500W and got radeon rx 6600xt and 32gb ram vary happy with it can play any new game at max settings at 1080p or 1440p
I liked that NUH-Vidia pronunciation
just got it so far it works good dont take to much space im gonna upgrade storage on it tho
I have same exact pc any upgrade recommendations
Lovely classic pc
could you do a case swap or what case could you switch it with
HP’s 🐐 Product 🔥
I'll buy the 1630 for $300. idc if its way less anywhere else, i will pay a premium to get it from you guys
a gtx 1630 is hot garbage doe
@@Baconator20000 idc lol i just want it from them
The air flow is bad tho what do you think?
If it was a 1650 Super it would be 40% better for an extra $25 that’s the only part that hurts.
Judging from this video about 70% more fps in apex with the super.
The difference is insane.
So what's a recommended pc if I just want to play games like any simulator or just almost any game with a medium budget
You don't need to be on "Performance Mode" in Fortnite when you are getting close to 200fps! I'd rather play at 1080p medium and get close to 60fps-100fps, as it will still work fine and also look better as well.
You could put that 1630 in my computer. 🤣🤣. It's a ryzen 3 3600 I believe. Bought it at Walmart a couple months ago for 109. Definitely a bargain computer. Love the videos you guys put out.
NAH BRUH 1630 AIN'T WORHT IT
Noooooooo
