AAAAAAARGH!!!!!!!! FAB1.....!!!!!!!! Well done, guys 'n' gals. Maybe, in MY lifetime, the world will have the chance to combine two of their faves from the 1960s - Scalextric and Gerry Anderson's Captain Scarlet! An SPV, SPC and MSV three pack would be mind-bendingly awesome. Licensing negotiations should be along the lines of, "We're making these but we're not paying ££££££££££s 'coz it'll make the news and boost your profile 10000%, OK?". Thank you, Scalextric!
At about 53 years old i found a box of AFX track and everything was in there EXCEPT THE CARS!!!! So I started looking online at whats available and I was totally blown away. When I was 8-11 years old my brother and I always went junk picking when the township sets up 2 days a year that they will pick up unwanted items. We found probably 25 or more plastic car models in pieces partially done and people would set out the entire AFX track set in the original box...... unreal. We had 31 cars and we had to add on to the side of our pingpong table. We ripped a piece of plywood in half longwise and added it on to the ping pong table. We had a ton of track.... We had a little over 1/3rd or 1/2 of the table with double decker track. What I wouldn't give to have all that stuff back. So I am really torn on what I want to dive into. My Carrera layout will end up well over $2500 and thats only buying a few cars. I really want to go 1/24 but I will probably just buy a new AFX set and call it done for about $200-$250. The digital stuff is almost unbelievable. Just think of the slot car nerd(s) that decided that they wanted to change lanes, that probably how it all started..... pretty incredible I would gladly buy a couple of rounds of every ones favorite beverage just to hear the story of how it all came together.....you know they were totally blown away when it all worked without any problems. Peace
For the Mk2 Jag , I hope to see the Bob Jane Australian version eventually. First guy that took the motor out to 4.2 litres even though Jag said it could not be done. Lots of other VL Holden Commodore liveries will also sell well if the running is good or tunable. Encouraging that we are hearing about body float tuning from Scalextric.
wow fab 1 im having that and the dodge monaco and the db5.i like the jag and capri, would like to see a mk1 mondeo racer or standard hatch.well done scalextric!!
I can't wait to get some of the F1 cars on my scalextric. My brother told me that I'll have to wait for my birthday. He knows that I only race F1 cars on the scalextric.
More amazing Scaley offerings… so much to drool over! It is hard to keep up as there are so many cars that I would love to add to my collection. Every year, I hope that Margate will re-release some of the classic track offerings… I would buy the Goodwood chicane in a heartbeat.
hey, does someone know the difference between scalextric in spain and this scalextric brand? There are different in lots of things, are the cars valid for both tracks?
Wow, that's a fantastic range!! There are several cars I'd love amongst these! FAB1!!! 😍 The Land Rover! 😍 Lando's McLaren! The classic F1 cars! And loads more! We'll done, Scalextric!! Wishing you great success with these!
I hope the Lotus 79 has the full JPS graphics - as it did in Sweden '78. With the '79 Martini version, you would be better to go for later in the season when the Martini stripes were on top of the side pods. Looked wonderful. But these are great releases.
Would really love to see being made and produced to purchase are the 2x following F1 cars for Scalextric. The first is the "Classic" Lotus Type 79 (1978) and the second F1 car is the Tyrrell P34 1977 Monaco GP. IF these 2x cars were to made/produced for purchase then i'll be straight out to buy/purchase them.
Wow i watched the whole thing...Wonder how any of these would cope with my 1970s-2010s extended-format frankentrack with its concave straights, twin ancient power supplies and tinfoil-boosted connexions. TLDR: I want the snake-eyes cobra.
I got my first set in 1967. I have a hoard now. Fab I is a treat! My 64 DB5 looks toy like compared to this offering. so hot for the Mustang GT Put it with the AMG for a good race, Who doesn't love those Ferraris?
Just been looking on the website at the images of the Land Rover Series I. Granted it's not the finished model, but the tyres look too modern. I just googled tyres for 1953 Series I Land Rover and got a range of images. Plenty of images of such tyres known, at least now, as Security, that recreate the original look.
Some of the older rally cars were also four wheel drive. Gears to the front powered axle with a rubber belt and pulleys powering the rear axle. By taking off the rubber belt you have easily converted to front wheel drive. Easily converted back by re installing the drive belt. If not in current range then swap meets should turn up cheap ones to buy as they were not super collectible. Peugeot and Mitsubishi WRC cars are two I recall.
hi, im from spain, but i really love the 90s BTCC cars and also JTCC, i have all the old scalextric ones, vectra, mondeo, laguna...but those moulds are completly outdated, they look like toys today. Please, make new ones with today standars, and honda accord..nissan primera...
It seems to me that Scalextric has become a car modelling phenomena on steroids. The scale of the industry in Margate with all this is truly awesome. Maybe their young designers have now gelled and have found their groove and so they're now just knocking these out of the park? I suspect that a lot of this artistry will not be appreciated for all the work that's gone in for a good long time. There's simply too much to take in as each model enters our minds and contemplation only to disappear in a blur. It's an impressive effort and it's something which takes us all out of our comfort zone and our self perceived knowledge and understanding to better embrace the truly eclectic phenomena and diversity global motor sport and the more general motoring is and has become.
Looking like a great year to be into slot cars. Nice one Scalextric; can't wait to see some of these especially. Certainly the Wolf Lambo is now on my wish list; along with a few others from that lineup.
No pictures of the products, just computer pictures. The Mustang from Goldfinger has wiper arms made from RSJs, could do better, as Mr Powell said went I went to school. Suggest you pull the video, and release when you actually have products to show, not just computer renditions
Scalextric made in China. One competing make made in the UK after too many China problems. A few makes in Italy and Spain. A specialist big slotcar dealer can direct you to these cars designed by enthusiasts who actually race the cars seriously.
A shame I don’t see any EV cars, especially when the Model S Plaid is a game changer. The younger generation, my grandchildren, are massive Tesla fans and can choose a Tesla on X Box games
Not 1 mention about driving performance. They can't even mention if the car is quick or slow. They refuse to describe the cars driving performance that they've chosen to model. It's all a secret. You're not allowed to know how the cars drive. They just robotically say its a car to add to your collection but you don't buy in enough quantity to actually get a collection. You only buy 1 of each so you're always a consumer who gets exploited by scalextric and their retail middlemen crooks.
Totally boring video and laughably you don’t even show any actual models, just renders and photos of the full size vehicles. I really think Scalextric need to get a proper marketing company in to do these presentations.

Astonishing! Well done, Scalextric. Well done! You've gone all-in this year.
So Derek Meddings, Fab1 & Wet Nellie along with the Swedish twin pack, another Lotus 79 and a BT46B. for me.😎

when i was a kid in the sixties and seventies,i had the red p4 and green gt40 as a set, that would be lovely to do again with the new models.
Ace. Hope there will be a racing version of the Jaguar Mk2 soon. We've waited too long for the MK1 and Mk2.
The official Scalextric channel and he calls it Scalectric…
😢
The triple Ferrari pack, what type of digital chip from Scalextrics is needed? Easy plug or do I need to solder?
For the next movie car line, I would love to see an Ecto-1. Either the 84 version or the one in Afterlife.

Control yourself.
@@Gma7788 Good advice. I have been trying, honestly ... since I got my first set in 1967. Alas, I now have 120 cars in my collection.
hey, does someone know the difference between scalextric in spain and this scalextric brand? There are different in lots of things, are the cars valid for both tracks?

There are several cars I'd love amongst these! FAB1!!! 😍 The Land Rover! 😍 Lando's McLaren! The classic F1 cars! And loads more!
We'll done, Scalextric!! Wishing you great success with these!

You have no clue what I'd like.

Series I Land Rover with geared 4WD! It doesn't get any better! Thank you! (Can you guess I'm a Land Rover owner 😁).
I hope the Lotus 79 has the full JPS graphics - as it did in Sweden '78. With the '79 Martini version, you would be better to go for later in the season when the Martini stripes were on top of the side pods. Looked wonderful. But these are great releases.
Great products! Love the Fab1 ! Please do a Chitty Chitty Bang Bang next to add to the Ian Fleming collection!

I’m looking forward to a full grid of modified fords becoming available! 😎👍🏻
Great cars for 2023. More Landrovers please, Series 2, Series 2A, Series 3 109 Safari. Please please!!! It’s so exciting, for us old plodders!
Wow i watched the whole thing...Wonder how any of these would cope with my 1970s-2010s extended-format frankentrack with its concave straights, twin ancient power supplies and tinfoil-boosted connexions.
TLDR: I want the snake-eyes cobra.
awesome range and thank you. will these be available in Australia as well?

But do they have the cars running fwd rwd and 4x4 working on the track like the old Land rover 4x4 and Mini Fwd dodge charger Rwd?

Great presentation of an surprising and intersting range.
Brilliant 🙂🇬🇧✌️
Interesante catálogo, muchas opciones diferentes, buen trabajo.
Ihr seid so gemein. So viele tolle Modelle, dass ich 2023 wieder kein Geld Sparen kann und viele, viele Scalextric Modelle kaufen muss ;-)
Love the range, well done. +1 for the sub, Racing Lotus, Porsche 911, Jag Mk1, Defender & Countach.
Where is the North America dirt track racing series?
I’m hoping the marketing team read these messages. Can we have some pod racers from Star Wars Episode 1? I bet you could make that work
I would love Scalextric to make the 1996 Formula One World Champion car driven by Damon Hill - Rothmans/ Sanyo Williams Renault FW18.
Great lineup. I keep wishing you guys will get the Nascar license...
I cant wait for Grant Williams MK1 Jag 👌
Look forward the Colin McRae Rally Car & Carlos Sainz Escort!
Well done Scalextric

That Blues Brothers Dodge Monaco police car looks 74 model, but it's must be 75 Dodge Royal Monaco, Scalextric please make it right, ok?
You have done great, something for everyone 👏
87-93 Fox Mustang Coupe is what we really want & need
No Mitsubishis?
An Evo III from the 96 WRC would go well in a set with Subaru Impreza, hint hint.
Hi I missed the Rover Bastos.
DB10?
Wow… nicely done. Fortune favors the bold.
What happened to the Micro Formula E cars?

A lot of adult collectors across the globe now some of which have massive custom made dream tracks for them to race the cars on.
Wrong.
They still won't tell us what's the driving performance supposed to be.
What are you going to experience if you buy it.
En scaletric Make the Brabham bt44 ii the Martini sponser?🤔🤔
Oh lordy i want the chicago blues brothers police car 😢
@ Scalextrix. How about Mark 1 Granada bangers. They'd be cheap to build and so much fun with a figure of 8 and cross-overs.
L555BAT 😍
It is ScaleXXXXXXXXXtric mat'e, not ScaleCCCCCtric. You should know my friend.
Even without the A-Team that’s a great lineup. Well done to all the Scalextric team 👏👏👏
Could you add a Daytona with nascar and the track had banking that would be great and the cars are Gen 3
Would like to get hold of some of those to test 😎 some super cool bits 💪👍👍
Wow!!! Great!!
Unfortunatly hardly available in Holland 😒....
oh come on, you now have the classic 60's batmobile and your releasing a crappy means nothing set?
you missed an opportunity!
Excellent range 👍🏻
Please could Scalextric make it plain which cars are DIGITAL READY or Analog only please?
Looking like a great year to be into slot cars. Nice one Scalextric; can't wait to see some of these especially. Certainly the Wolf Lambo is now on my wish list; along with a few others from that lineup.
hell yeah VL commo
Wish y’all did more V8 Supercars

What’s the cheapest scalextric car?
Eagerly waiting 🤓
I think you mean Q three not Q free !!!!!😅

A few makes in Italy and Spain.

... Know Toyota Ae86s! (Corolla GT/Levin/Truno's). Or Classic Lotus Europas !.
A shame I don’t see any EV cars, especially when the Model S Plaid is a game changer. The younger generation, my grandchildren, are massive Tesla fans and can choose a Tesla on X Box games
“ something “ not “ somethink “ 😅
subaru legacy RS for colin

Very good beutiful.
I prefer playing games on my iPad
Its become apparent that Scalextric design engineers really could care less about the United States market. This is most disappointing.
Mustang, Camaro, 1974 Dodge in one year! What more do you need?
Take a seat mate they are British company, go play with Carrera and eat a cheeseburger
When did 'Three' become "Free", why can't people say 'th' any more?
Totally boring video and laughably you don’t even show any actual models, just renders and photos of the full size vehicles.
I really think Scalextric need to get a proper marketing company in to do these presentations.
Scalextric. 2023. Range. Review
Excellent releases, bit of everything for everyone, GR3 cars very cool, F1 cars is massive and please make alot, very very welcome.
Notice he left the word 'raced' out of his thank you...
Did you mean twenty twenty three and not twenty twenty free?
