Do we need to get licensed in GCC to work as an RN ? or our RN license in canada/ USA is recognized in GCC ?
Is there any advantage of holding a foreign citizenship/ passport (Canadian) in terms of getting a job /package/ salary.

License to work as RN in Qatar: Of course you need to register with Department of Healthcare Professionals (formerly known as QCHP). You need can use your Canada RN Licence to get registered with DHP Qatar.
Passport/citizenship of Canada: You do not need to hide your Canadian citizenship. In fact, you will get paid more because of your Canadian passport (if you able to secure a job) than any other professionals from developing countries of your profession and with similar experience.

Studying Nursing in Qatar is expensive and presently no visa provided for overseas students. It would be good if you complete nursing studies from your own country or try Western Countries (if you can afford).
