its definitely a Dimma kitted car, max power magazine had one in there magazine back in the day remember they had issues lowering the car far enough because the arches were so big not a problem getting the cars confused Dimma did the kits for Peugeot to use on the rally cars

err its a gti6 dimma Even has the plaque on dashboard , it would have sequential gear box and a £20k marrelli ecu in the passenger side if it were a maxi. one of the best dimma bodied gti6 i have seen though
What a crap.. All rallycars (not the rallycross) must be streetlegal. They also must have a licenceplate plus a periodly checks (TÜV or APK, in whatever country you live). So this can't be the only one, although i believe it's just a 306 with a Dimma bodykit

I could be wrong but it looks to be a Peugeot with a Dimma Widebody kit, the genuine maxi's had 7 speed sequential gearboxes.
I dont know i am not so much into peugeot. I only rememberd the rally cars inthe early years

Every single 306 maxi is street legal because it is a rally car and they have to be to drive between stages
In Belgium you can't use a rally car for daily driving. Yes, they are road legal, but not 24/7.
