Still the best methods on YT. You really don't have to be a chef or a butcher to do this. Other channels go too extreme towards the butcher side. No fault of theirs, they are butchers so they can't do it slow or do it with minimal tools/facilities. I do it like Chef Al in camp with no running water and only a generator. Works perfectly.
