Omggg elle! You and I both. During my 26th week I experienced that too. Low pain and it was pressure feeling like it was labor pains. I ended up going to triage and was admitted for preterm labor. But thank Goodness it was not!!! I was then told by my Dr it was probably just my c section scar feeling tight and there’s pressure and pain I will feel with this pregnancy compared with my first one. I totally get what you’re saying! How insane! And good thing you and baby boy are safe!

I have broken my back in the same spot as you twice now. Once in 2015 and again in 2020 and if I wasn’t already not wanting to get pregnant now I really don’t. That sounds so scary what you went through. We both know that blinding pain that comes with breaking your back, Bravo mama for getting through that night, I’m happy it wasn’t anything worse.

Baby does look exactly like James! So glad everything is going well for you, and your mum was with you when baby went on the move! I didn't know about the c-section thing either, and I had one as well, so it's good to know.

I am so envious that a Tylenol can bring you relief! I might actually just be immune to it at this point after similar injuries to yours. I’m so glad you weren’t in labor and it eased up with medicine. I can feel that pain listening to you talk about it. I have my daughter and my rainbow son ♥️♥️

Enjoying hearing all about your pregnancy! I am newly pregnant with baby #2! I had my first via an emergency C-section and plan to do a scheduled C-section with this baby. Could you talk about your planned C-section experience and if you’re doing any different prep for your second? Would love to hear about that!
I know you are stressed about the room and hopefully this doesn’t come off the wrong way, but your home is already so nice, everything is pretty much perfect and like a model home so you won’t need to do too much to get it baby ready. Plus he will be in your room for at least a month, right? So you have time! I would put the bookcase to the right of bathroom door so you can keep the main door and walk way open and clear. Just a message to not worry too much about everything being perfect when he arrives, though I’m sure nesting makes you want to have everything just right 😊

I didn’t have any low pain near my pelvis with my first two but my most recent and third (baby is 6 months old now) I had really bad pelvic pain and my pelvis split and it would crack every time I switched sides sleeping. It was the worst and it got even worse the further the pregnancy progressed where I could barely walk without my baby feeling like he was just going to fall out. Lol but thankfully everything went fine!😊 and I’m so glad things are fine and it wasn’t labor you were in❤️
I’ve had nearly that exact situation happen in my back, but I wasn’t pregnant. It ended up being a huge slipped disc. I was able to relieve the pain from doing specific stretches to help push it back in. Not fun. The pain definitely rivaled labor pain. Glad everything is okay.
I have also broke my back although in a different spot from you but I've been having contractions that stem from my back since about 25 or 26 weeks. Unfortunately my fetal fibronectin test was positive at 30 weeks(where I am now) but I also have incompetent cervix so my situation is different from yours. I fully believe that severe back pain can throw us into labor honestly. It's scary!

I had that same thing/ similar thing happen at around 24 weeks? I cannot remember when exactly. I had pain and nausea and back cramping. I went to the walk in (doctor) but by then it had stopped. He said it was likely the baby flipped positions from head up to head down.
Hi Elle! I’m confused as to why you can’t reuse all the items you had when James was a baby? I feel like it would save a TON of money on furniture/putting together a nursery

I LOVE IT because my nickname has been Goose since the day I was born! My dad has no idea why he called me that but it stuck! 😂💛
So scary! I wonder if the pain at your c section might have something to do with pelvic floor muscles? With my second pregnancy I had a lot of pain from a weak and tense pelvic floor but the pain was in that same area. I went to physical therapy for it and seemed to help a lot! Maybe something to look into?
Just my opinion but if I had it to do over I would have separated my kids instead of letting them share a room. It was fine and we only have 2 years difference but there are definitely issues we are working on that I believe came from sharing a room. Like the younger one has a harder time developing his own interest…. Idk lot of little things and that’s just US and what I think I would change if I could. Either way there are pros and cons to both and you know what’s best for your kiddos,
Did you ask why the doctor did the anatomy scan from your previous video?
Maybe you could still have a rocker but have some stoppers for it so it doesn't rock by accident? Like that you could rock it when you're with the baby and James is asleep and have it pinned to not swing when James runs amok. Just an idea, maybe i'm totally wrong and it would be more fuss than needed having to make it stop, let it swing all the time :P xo-s

Is it possible that something you ate made you and the baby both feel sick? I don’t know if that sounds dumb, but maybe you both reacted and that’s what was the cause of your vomiting and the baby’s discomfort/kicking. I only thought this because I recently experienced food poisoning over thanksgiving and know how strong that took over me too

I think it happens with pregnancy. I follow another gal who’s lips got huge when she was pregnant and then went back to normal after she had the baby. It’s crazy how much the body can change!
I’m 24 weeks and still have no urge to nest
I'm almost 38 weeks and haven't had it. I've gotten things done because I need to, but it's not a nesting urge at all. I just want to sleep😆
@@PinkLemonArtStudio I’m so glad it’s not just me! I am working in the nursery because I’m excited but I definitely wouldn’t say it’s nesting. Hoping it does happen as we progress. lord knows I need the motivation to clean 😂

Talking about before and afters... We literally had our rabbits roaming free in the bedroom meant for baby while I was still pregnant. 😅🤣 We had to. They normally live outside, but their living area had become unsafe due to an intruder in the night who killed two of them... 😞 So, we took the rabbits that survived and had them live inside the home for a while, in order to rebuild their outside home. And the only space we had completely empty and available at that point was.. The nursery. 😆
It all worked out fine in the end but it did give us a lot of extra work and babies grandma anxiety, lol.

You should adopt a little girl! You are gonna have 2 boys and they love their mommas, boys are special… but the bond between a mom and daughter is something special too and you appreciate your mom so much and she provides such comfort for you, imagine giving that to a little girl that otherwise wouldn’t have it!

They shouldn't do anything. It's their family. And with their history... I feel like this is an insensitive comment. And since Elle probably reads these, I felt like sticking up for them, cause I can imagine it's hard to read stuff like this.
@@missautumn764 well that wasnt my intention at all. I maybe shouldn't have said "should" adopt a little girl, but my meaning was Elle has such a good relationship with her mother and she is such a good mom that it would be really special to see her share that with a little girl especially one that maybe wouldnt have that chance otherwise. Elle has said after this boy she feels her family will be complete but she has also said they have thought about adoption in adition to her biological children so that is what I had in mind when I made the comment. My comment came from a good place and while I am sorry you feel its inappropriate, you are completely wrong because that was never my intention and if Elle does read these comments I am sure she is in a good place and in a positive place and will know that my compliments about her own mother and the love I see between her and her mother, was not meant to be inappropriate or offensive. Its so sad we live in a time where you cant say anything to anyone withiut someone making you feel bad as if you have done something wrong. I honestly just saw so much love in Elle when talking about her mother, and I am personally raising a little girl who wouldnt have a mother daughter bond unless she was with me, so I know how special that is and how blessed it has made me feel that I wanted to share that idea with Elle because she is so loving and has so much to give as a mother. However thanks for making me feel like I did something terrible! Great vibes!

@@QQ-cz2in it has nothing to do with infertility. She has two babies, it was about her and her mothers bond and helping a child that doesnt have a mother. Elle has said she is fine with her 2 boys.
