I've seen John Kiriakou on at least 3 different podcasts and even though he tells the same stories, I enjoy them every time. He's so articulate and such a great story teller. I'm sure I'll watch the next one he's on! Thanks for the great interview John and Team House!

Glad I'm not the only one 😂 they're all the same but it's cool how different questions will drum up new memories so you'll get new bits of info that make his story even more interesting! Like this one, it's the first I've heard him mention how the equal opportunity act made the cia more diverse. Totally made sense I just hadnt heard him mention it before. 😂

haha, well, after what Tyson said about our boy Oleksandr Usyk, I have lost all respect for Tyson, what a sore loser, he blamed the refs for going soft on Usyk due to the war here and awarding him him win out of sympathy, when in fact the video quite clearly shows that Usyk beat the crap out of Tyson fair and square!

this is a narrative that they are pushing.
remember that edward snowden is still wanted by the land of the free.
and oh wait he went to russia....
kinda sus they want war with them now....
makes you wonder what he told them.
john talks about torturing people about straight faced lies....
so he is a good liar. remember that.

1:15:00 "The Indians were gonna nuke us, 'cause they were pissed off about something". Yeah. That something was that Pakistan had sent terrorists to attack the Indian Parliament in New Delhi in December 2001. So, they were in a military standoff. This was after the 1999 Kargil War.

@TheTeamHouse, now get retired US Diplomat, Jim Jatras on as a guest. He was in the internal US State Dept. resistance to destroying Yugoslavia and attacking Serbians. He was the 2nd witness called by the Defense in the trial of Slobodon Milosovic who was exonerated, but only after he died in prison, after being kidnapped by US Navy SEALS.
Jatras grandparents are all actual Spartans. He has a new book, "I tried to warn you." It's a collection of his essays.
What Americans are ignorant of is how the USA has systematically for decades, tried to destroy the Orthodox Church. In Yugoslavia, Bosnia, Kosovo, Syria, Rep. Of Georgia, and especially in Ukraine. Russia is Orthodox Christian, not Communist as Americans think. "All those golden domes," are Orthodox churches and Cathedrals. The Kremlin has 7 Cathedrals that offer perpetual worship. The war against Russia at its core is a religious war. Jatras can shed light on this fact. The USA is at war against Christianity. Not the new age "Christianity" in America, but Ancient Christianity that is unchanged. In the USA today, veterans and other Americans have been flocking to the Eastern Orthodox Churches since Covid. 200% growth in many areas, almost all are men -- not women, bringing their families in. You won't find any Church with a higher % of veterans and testosterone.
Jim Jatras is very accessible via X. Personally, I retired after my whistleblower civil case trial in the corporate world, a decade ago. Whistleblowing is expected of Orthodox Christians.

In Canada, it is illegal to ask if you have been in prison on a job interview unless there is a security reason for it. If you need to be bonded, it comes out then. I think that they can ask if you xan be bonded on an application or in an interview.
We don't send people to prison forever and once you are out, you have full rights as a citizen. You have done your time. And it's funny, we have a much lower crime rate here in Canada.
How does anyone ever become a reformed citizen if you can't get a job??? That blows my mind. You are sentencing that person to a life of crime because that person has no way of making an honest living. So stupid.

Decent interview, always love your shows, but as someone who has lived in Ukraine a decade (Ukrainian wife) who has lost 2 homes and been displaced twice (most recently from Pokrovsk) due to ruzzian aggression, I have some pushback on Mr Kiriakou's working for enemy propaganda outfits like Sputnik (until recently) and Consortium News. Sputnik is a straight up Kremlin funded agitprop organisation that spread vile lies and BS about Ukraine. Consortium News is "TENET media adjacent", they're pretty much well the same as Max Blumenthal's Grayzone "News" (news, in the sense hat it is the newest Kremlin lies BS) that attacked your associate Andy Millburn. Where is John's moral compass that he used to have ?, he outed the torture program of the USA, but happily worked for Sputnik, that peddles Kremlin lies about the torture of Ukrainians and brags openly of the kidnapping of 700,000 Ukrainian kids. But yet John works for these vile creatures at Sputnik. John said he spoke out about the invasion just once, well why doesn't he speak out about the brutal invasion that has made so many of us homeless and killed us here on EVERY SHOW ? Why doesn't he write columns at Consortium News speaking out against the brutal war here ? He is not as bad as Scott Ritter, but he's still a hypocrite like Ritter. Anyone with real integrity would not have taken the Sputnik job or do columns with anti-Ukrainian, pro-Ruzzian, Consortium News. HAs he got the guts to write articles supporting us in Ukraine on Consortium News ? Probably not. (they won't publish articles like that anyway). John wants the agency to close down, well I beg to differ, the CIA developed the U-2 (which is still in use today as the TR-1 & U-2S) and the A-12 Oxcart, the single seat version of the USAF SR-71 Blackbird. Agency intel also helped to correctly predict the invasion here in Ukraine back in 2022. Classic case of sour grapes with John, he said it was "water under the bridge" and he'd moved on, well I call BS on that, he has not moved on. Dave also pissed me off with the assertion that Trumps "collusion" in 2016 was BS. Well Trump is now OPENLY, colluding with ruzzia to give our homes in Donbas away for free to Putin. Seriously Dave ? Have you ever actually read the Mueller Report ? The FBI cut Trump some slack, but they did not rule out collusion and now it's just out in the open for everyone to see! Just saying.

Had walkie-talkie toys too - the range was a few feet. If you grew up in the '60s, espionage and war games dominated the army brat lifestyle. You left behind a paradigm of cowboys and indians and Ivanoe/Robin Hood to Cold War warriors.

This guy in my opinion is a traitor. Enhanced interrogation has proven to get results. Besides that, I have a hard time believing a lot of what he says. He just isn't convincing on everything he says. I heard him claim on another podcast that " I contacted Rudy Giuliani to see if Trump would pardon me " he then said Rudy said he could do it for a couple million dollars. I'm not a big Rudy fan but I find that hard to believe especially when Rudy would be the last person to ask that of. Rudy even at that time has zero say in a pardon and John didn't follow the proper procedures if he wanted a pardon. If it is true, Rudy was probably telling him no in a colorful way. This guy is not believable on a lot of the things he says.

I read somewhere that John Brennan was the Station Chief in Saido Arabia when the 9/11 guys got thier student visas even though they were on a watchlist.... Seems very inside jobby to me. Brennan is also a muslim I heard.

He needs to be Deputy Director of National Intelligence or maybe Deputy Director of the CIA. Clean out the swamp. I know he leans left but this isn’t (or shouldn’t be) a left vs right thing.
