Neil looked so freakin cool during Farewell to Kings/ Hemispheres. That mustache and the long hair suited him well.
My metronome was out of time so I had to sync it to Neils' drumming. Thanks, professor!!
You can hear all the ghost notes so clearly. One of his best showcases of his creativity.
His rides were so dark sounding - which I never would hvae been able to place had it not been for these isolated tracks. But the Moving Pictures tracks like this one also have a very dark ride. Fascinating for geeks like me.
22inch zilco ride
2:03 stumping drummers for more than 40 years
This is just…fun! Thanks for posting
Snare backbeat is insanely consistent. Volume and of course, timing.
Hey there, could you possibly make an isolated guitar video? I bet it would sound killer.
Awesome as always...
A. Machine.
This band changed time signatures on the fly. I won’t be doing this for a while. It’s hard to find the “ones” just listening…
agreed ESL plus on the studio recording there's no last drum bump at the end.
This is from the live album Exit Stage Left.
Yes from the live video version exit stage left in Montreal

What a legend R.I.P 🖤🥁 rock on Mr. Peart
Snare sounds like ESL
