At one point, I wasn't convinced with the line of questioning, but I was too worried about my personal details being misused, and just wanted to cooperate with them. i am victim of this scam and got court order copy to transfer my money back to my account but bank is denying to transfer that money in the name of law ( HDFC bank) so bank are trying to hide fraudsters, I have court order copy and cyber crime report also but no use

Just received one now... Initially there was a IVR asking me to type 1. I did and then this dude came on call and said I sent a parcel from Mumbai to Iran ( atleast tell which city to Iran). When I laughed at him he abused me and placed my call to IVR.

Got this call they told me to share aadhar details. I told them I will go to nearest police station and share it with someone who has daily duty. They said when I will tell about MDMA to police at my nearest station they will immediately arrest me. Once a bank executive told me always come to bank while taking loans and sharing documents, don't take loans online. So I used same approach and went to nearest station where I got to know this is new scam.
Just now I received the call saying there's one parcel sent from Mumbai to Iran where as I'm from Goa and he said he has my aadhar soft copy...... I really got so scared he connected me to some officer saying he's the police and asked to share all the details of the parcel to the police, unfortunately I did that and when the police asked me to download Skype for further investigation I asked him to share his number so he directly cut the call......... You can only complain to the cyber crime cell of your local police station or register your complaint on the NCRP if you haven't done already. But honestly chances are pretty thin to get your money back as it mandates reporting within 30 minutes of the scam in order to freeze the accounts where the money was transferred.

Make sure you disable the biometrics of your Aadhar number on the official UIDAI website for the time being. I would also freeze my bank accounts temporarily or secure the money by withdrawing. Most importantly, you must report to the local law enforcement authorities, as right now it may seem harmless but there's always a chance of future identity thefts using your details. Stay safe.

Since in previous versions these scammers didn't have a " on hold tune " of fedEx as pointed out by other videos but this time they actualy had a tune which made me think this was legit . How sad
They will call saying the package is in your name or you sent a package. Ask them for the Airway Bill Number (Tracking Number) so that you can track the Sender and Receiver on the Website/App Fortunately for me, I work in a logistics company. The moment I say give me the details and my customs clearance team will take care of it, they cut the call immediately 😂

He mentioned that I have booked a parcel from Delhi to Singapore and he himself told me that it contains 250g of MD, many of different passports and some Atm cards with it. Here he mentions he is from custom Delhi and when I told that i haven't booked any such thing he tells me to log a complaint in Delhi police station. I said what I'm from Bangalore and i don't want to do such a thing when i have not booked any thing then why I have to raise a complaint and not here where I'm living rather in Delhi 😅. Later he says are you ready to go to court with that he tells I'll help with raising a complaint and I'll add a call to the Delhi police 😂. I said I'll lodge a complaint against you here in Bangalore what is your name and I'd tell me uk what he would have said😅. I also recorded it. It's soo funny but also scary. What will a person do if he doesn't knew it is a fraud call. Shame on the kind of people such in-humane . At last i told do whatever you want to do anything you can from your side 😊.

Just received one now... Initially there was a IVR asking me to type 1. I did and then this dude came on call and said I sent a parcel from Mumbai to Iran ( atleast tell which city to Iran). When I laughed at him he abused me and placed my call to IVR.
I received same call today after 20 minutes of conversation they started threatening me and I disconnected the call simply.
I got a call today and i was so scared. He threatened me that he will put me in jail for 5 years I was literally shivering by his words during the conversation.. At the end of the call he asked me for my debit card 4 digit number and expiry date then I got doubt and rushed to the police station.
Just finished the call with these scammers , I told them I will visit nearest Police station but I will share my details with you, every one please don't become panic, connect with your nearest police station. Keep calm , don't be panic

I got this call today by the name of DHL courier and they connected the call to CBI Delhi, They investigated 2 hours, I realised finally this is a fake call, but I gone through lots of pain and pressure during the call.
I got a similar call today and when I told I will add my husband also to the call, he pretended like I was not audible to him and disconnected the call..
Got this call they told me to share aadhar details. I told them I will go to nearest police station and share it with someone who has daily duty. They said when I will tell about MDMA to police at my nearest station they will immediately arrest me. Once a bank executive told me always come to bank while taking loans and sharing documents, don't take loans online.
So I used same approach and went to nearest station where I got to know this is new scam.
I too received a call like this before a month.. I simply disconnected the call and blocked the number...

Just now I received the call saying there's one parcel sent from Mumbai to Iran where as I'm from Goa and he said he has my aadhar soft copy...... I really got so scared he connected me to some officer saying he's the police and asked to share all the details of the parcel to the police, unfortunately I did that and when the police asked me to download Skype for further investigation I asked him to share his number so he directly cut the call......... I also recorded the call and immediately contacted goa police..... I'll also report on cyber crime at 1930

received same call yesterday …asked for their proof and i said you should come through proper channel also asked their id and he shared it then i asked him to wait as i am checking with my family member who is working as civil servant they immediately disconnected call.I reported it to cybercrime
I received this call today. Phone was transferred to cyber crime supposedly. I asked the person to tell me the cyber crime helpline no, wasnt able to tell me. I disconnected the call

Got this call multiple time but I had fun talking to the scammers. They failed miserably.

hi.. my husband got scammed 2days back. my husband was asked to keep it cofnidential from my us and so he did. and he transfered 3.75lakhs.

You can only complain to the cyber crime cell of your local police station or register your complaint on the NCRP if you haven't done already. But honestly chances are pretty thin to get your money back as it mandates reporting within 30 minutes of the scam in order to freeze the accounts where the money was transferred.
@@anirbanbhattacharya2146 the law needs to change honestly. 30 mins is too less. People can take time to realise it is a scam call
What can we do now if we have sent our adhaar and photo mistakenly??????

Make sure you disable the biometrics of your Aadhar number on the official UIDAI website for the time being. I would also freeze my bank accounts temporarily or secure the money by withdrawing. Most importantly, you must report to the local law enforcement authorities, as right now it may seem harmless but there's always a chance of future identity thefts using your details. Stay safe.

Report it to cyber crime they will ask you some details regarding the call and that's it you're good to go 👍

me too , it was so proffesional and these scammers are probably taking feedback from the videos already up on youtube. Since in previous versions these scammers didn't have a " on hold tune " of fedEx as pointed out by other videos but this time they actualy had a tune which made me think this was legit . How sad

I almost feel into this scam. I smartly checked with the official call centre of the courier company who confirmed this is a fraud.
They will call saying the package is in your name or you sent a package.
Ask them for the Airway Bill Number (Tracking Number) so that you can track the Sender and Receiver on the Website/App
Fortunately for me, I work in a logistics company. The moment I say give me the details and my customs clearance team will take care of it, they cut the call immediately 😂

Today I got a call same as per the way you have mentioned in your video. He mentioned that I have booked a parcel from Delhi to Singapore and he himself told me that it contains 250g of MD, many of different passports and some Atm cards with it. Here he mentions he is from custom Delhi and when I told that i haven't booked any such thing he tells me to log a complaint in Delhi police station. I said what I'm from Bangalore and i don't want to do such a thing when i have not booked any thing then why I have to raise a complaint and not here where I'm living rather in Delhi 😅. Later he says are you ready to go to court with that he tells I'll help with raising a complaint and I'll add a call to the Delhi police 😂. I said I'll lodge a complaint against you here in Bangalore what is your name and I'd tell me uk what he would have said😅. I also recorded it. It's soo funny but also scary. What will a person do if he doesn't knew it is a fraud call. Shame on the kind of people such in-humane . At last i told do whatever you want to do anything you can from your side 😊.
I got the similar call today, somehow I guessed they are fraud and cut the skype call. I was panicked for more than 3 hrs. I am still very disturbed.
Just got the call 😂. I didnt know about this. I told them I'll download skype and call u. While skype was downloading I googled it and found out . Then when he called me I started scamming him 😝
