Thank you so much for the kind words. Still learning how to film and overland. This is my first video integrating the drone and also switched to Final Cut Pro.
I've been eyeballing this trail, along with a few others in the area for a while. Hopefully I'll get back down that way soon and check them out. North Georgia is such a great place to explore!
Thanks you for the comment. Was a great trip, hitting the Murray Lake Area next week. Be sure to subscribe, will send out Notifications on new trips. Thanks again
Awesome video you may have inspired me to take the plunge into the overlanding world, so peaceful and beautiful, I just bought my first gladiator and love it!! I'm in canton as well of you ever see stormtrooper gladiator around town and events come say hi I would love to see how all that works on your gladiator.
I never really thought I would be doing this, I have always been a dirt bike guy. Loving this overland I g and we have so much in N GA. Would loose to show the gladiator off, it is almost done
About that picturesque water crossing. As a local, I believe the side you entered from has a trail marker indicating no motor vehicles beyond that point.
So it works OK, the BillieBars sit under the rails for the cover so there is a small gap, maybe 1/16. No really noticeable. Because it is wedged in there I cannot move the racks where I would like them. This Mopar cover came with the Jeep when I bought it. I would prefer the Diamondback truck cover which will work much better for this setup. I like the tent being low, does cause issues if you want a 270 awning. Hope they helped
Aside from having a Wrangler, I have most of the same gear. MoonShade, JetBoil Base Camp, Zoleo, Yeti wide mug, etc. I prefer a ground tent, ShiftPod Mini, over a rooftop tent; allows me to leave camp to explore without tear down. I enjoy your videos so far. Have you been Colorado camping yet? BTW, I love cooking chicken fajitas at camp.
Just caught your vide. While looking for a spot in GA. I will be driving up from Fla. Any ideas for a good spot with water views during month of February? Thanks bud
Check this video out, there are some coordinates on the screen for my favorite spot next to a creek. ua-cam.com/video/3gS2_QtNzTk/v-deo.htmlsi=e0ieEtyj5AOTQs9M
I love your little camper setup! It still gives you the chance to put your truck in bikini style since you have the camper set on the bed!!! And how you’re able to take it off and put it back on!!!!
How good was the off roading? I'm looking for a similar trip (day trip or overnight) but with some more challenging driving conditions then what I saw in your video. Thanks
Just caught your video, nicely done! I’ve lived up here for 7 years and have only done a little off-road and never camped. I spend most of my time on 2 wheels but getting the bug for doing some overnights with my Power Wagon. Guess I’ll be binging your other vids this afternoon.
Good job!! The one thing your missing is a dog for companionship. I see lots of these youtube overlanding video's & one thing that stands out is most have a loving dog to ride shotgun on their camping trips 🦮
This is just fantastic friend, gorgeous shots. Absolutely amazing scenery and presentation!

that whole area is great. I really have been going further north into the Cohutta
Enjoyed it. Thank you for making the video.

I was at Jones Creek last summer. Nice, remote place to spend a night or two.
Awesome video Harmony on the Lakes neighbor.
Thanks for watching, you live on my street?
@@sherburnoutdoors Lorimore but I see it on the main street b/c I've been thinking about getting a jeep for a while now.

That whole Jet Boil setup you have is awesome. Can you give the info on it.
Cool vid. Love Jones creek. 2020 Gladiator Rubicon here in East Cobb. Can you talk a little about how the rack works with the bed cover?

Love this! Been looking for camping ideas and set ups. I had also been on the fence about the On X app. After watching your vid, I just downloaded it!
Enjoy, that is a great spot. Was at Cohutta Wilderness this weekend. Been using ONX for everything

What's the clearance like on the Gladiator, is yours stock?
It is good, no, I have a 1.5” lift
@@sherburnoutdoors so that means 1.5" more than stock?
@@davidadamus177 yes, I put 35”s on
Well done! Subscribed! I’m looking at trying Jones Creek this weekend, hopefully it’s open. 🏕️
Enjoy, going to be warm
Thanks for the video, do you have to reserve the campground or is it first come first serve?

This area is about an hour from me. Do you know the exact location like the address? I think that’s where I’ll go this October. Thank you.

Not really challenging if you are looking for something technical, you should try Dawson Forest, it is much more technical

Load her up, N GA is great for this stuff
I'd love to meet up with some trailers. I have a Toyota Tundra stepside 4x4
