I think the genesis of the problem from the very start was that she refused to accept him for the unconventional person that he was, and went to great lengths to try and force him to be something that he wasn't so that she had her perfect little fairy-tale life and perfect fairy-tale husband and perfect fairly-tale career (built off of his reputation in the industry that was older than she even was); and when he couldn't be what she wanted, 'cause that's just not fundamentally who the man *is* she started abusing him in order to manipulate him into being *just* what she wanted. He then in turn turned to his numbing agents to get through it because his fool heart wanted to love her. She only stayed because it was good for her career, being "Johnny Depp's Wife"! None of what happened between them happened in a vacuum, there was a genesis point that began the whole clusterfuckery, and I'm quite certain she was the catalyst (nobody comes out of a generally peaceful and loving 14 year relationship with a former partner, then BAM becomes something or someone *completely* different in the next without there being a reason for it! She *clearly* had to've been the problem from the start!) So then he comes to her and tells her flat out he's gonna divorce her, & she made it her goal to destroy him because she wasn't getting HER WAY! It's pathological and disgusting! I think the genesis of the problem from the very start was that she refused to accept him for the unconventional person that he was, and went to great lengths to try and force him to be something that he wasn't so that she had her perfect little fairy-tale life and perfect fairy-tale husband and perfect fairly-tale career (built off of his reputation in the industry that was older than she even was); and when he couldn't be what she wanted, 'cause that's just not fundamentally who the man *is* she started abusing him in order to manipulate him into being *just* what she wanted. He then in turn turned to his numbing agents to get through it because his fool heart wanted to love her. She only stayed because it was good for her career, being "Johnny Depp's Wife"! None of what happened between them happened in a vacuum, there was a genesis point that began the whole clusterfuckery, and I'm quite certain she was the catalyst (nobody comes out of a generally peaceful and loving 14 year relationship with a former partner, then BAM becomes something or someone *completely* different in the next without there being a reason for it! She *clearly* had to've been the problem from the start!) So then he comes to her and tells her flat out he's gonna divorce her, & she made it her goal to destroy him because she wasn't getting HER WAY! It's pathological and disgusting! Personally, if I'd been in her shoes when he came home in that makeup unexpectedly, and scared the shit outta me, yeah, maybe I'd have been a little freaked out and mad at first, but then realized how funny the situation *actually* was, and that it was totally within his personality to pull a mischievous "prank" like that, would've had a sense of humor about it, and laughed along with him...'cause yeah...it actually WAS funny!
