I've never had a console in my life, i recently installed a ps2 emulator on my phone and i always wanted to play this game. Once the game successfully booted up and heard the theme song i got goosebumps i had been waiting for this moment for more than 10 years 😢

JachuPL Damn right. It helped that it was my very first GTA game too. I was a bit cross when I saw that parts of the city in Vice City were gone or changed from Vice City Stories (despite coming first) and that the Washington Mall was really rather boring, which is a shame because I was looking forward to going in there when I got the game, as it's just started being built in VCS. The stairs and lifts to the car park were out, you couldn't enter any shops and there wasn't even an extra Ammunation or Phil's Place in there among other things. No empire system either, which was so,etching I liked about VCS as it ties in with GTA's theme of being a criminal. The Vice City version of the Downtown dirt bike track sucks too, whereas it is a fun distraction full of jumps and berms in VCS.
The PSP version of this game had my favorite graphics of all 3D Universe titles. All the colors, the sounds, effects - it looked like an 80's movie/TV Show and I loved it
