Great video! Yes, I use the key lanyard. It minimizes the risk of accidentally knocking my keys out of the bag while shuffling through it for other items. That's especially important when I'm in the woods.

I just ordered this bag. I hope my Switch fits in it.
I've been using the key lanyard in my bags quite a bit lately. It's nice to have my keys locked in and I know they're not going to fall out.

I’m not sure how big the switch is, but it worked perfectly with my action camera when we went on vacation. It was very comfortable to wear all day.
And I finally found a bag that I actually use the key lanyard. It’s the Alpaka Flight sling. Thanks for watching and letting me know what you think of lanyards.

I have a bag that has loops instead of a key lanyard and I do use it for my keys on an s hook. It keeps them out of the way and away from my phone/camera so I don't scratch stuff up.

Is it padded? looks perfect for my street photography stuff but it would be great if it was padded.

Thanks for watching. It has just enough padding to be a perfect fit for street photography. I needed the whole length my setup, but you could add dividers if you wanted to carry a couple of lens plus the camera.
