  • Today, the nation commemorates the 23rd anniversary of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks causing the deaths of 2,996 people.
On behalf of my former colleagues and friends in the airline and aviation industry, we honor the memory of those who lost their lives, including the lives of 25 Flight Attendants, 8 Pilots, and 3 Customer Service Agents from American Flight #11, American Flight #77, United Flight #175 and United Flight #93.
As a retired flight attendant, our job is to ensure the safety of our passengers, and this is not easy.
So many deaths, casualties, sad stories, gruesome videos, and photos that became memories of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. WE WILL NEVER FORGET.
