You didn't miss anything, sadly enough that was the worst demonstration video I think I've ever seen and whoever filmed it should never touch a camera ever again! I'm sorry to say all those things, because I'm sure they were doing the best they could, but you really should reshoot this whole video. But I will say it looks like a nice lift and a nice saddle.
