This city looks very inclusive. The huge gap of temperatures in the winter and summer is astounding. But I believe people have their ways of having winters. And you know staying in the warm interior and looking out at the extremely cold exterior sometimes can be a quite nice view to behold and constrast to experience. Like the vibe from the city that has both English and French as official languages.
