If someone offered just one person to clean up the mess on the ground for 50 dollars a day and had to prove it via photo the rubbish cleared then this would very quickly become the cleanest block in the neighbourhood. Promoting a sense of community and pride which would surely spread across all areas. If I were a member of this community and someone offered me 50 a day I’d be the best and most efficient street cleaner that ever lived,trust me on that!

If someone offered just one person to clean up the mess on the ground for 50 dollars a day and had to prove it via photo the rubbish cleared then this would very quickly become the cleanest block in the neighbourhood. Promoting a sense of community and pride which would surely spread across all areas. If I were a member of this community and someone offered me 50 a day I’d be the best and most efficient street cleaner that ever lived,trust me on that!
