If you are not able to find this gig from Rogue when you go to the map location, then you just have to complete the available ones around that area first. Then this one will pop up after some time. :)

@@GameThem turns out I hadn’t done the quest yet. I’m almost finished with the game and thought I might have missed them. But it seems like they’re pretty hard to miss if you do the mission. 👍
