- In a vast sky-world The Engineer finds a new use for some old dispensers...
We've worked on this video with Ultimote Pictures and a few months later he dissappeared. I still don't know how it happened and regardless of specualations it's hard to believe he ended his life himself. Ultimote had kind and fun ideas that he put into his videos. It was an honor to work with a person like this and I am proud to host his film on our channel.
This is the last film by Ultimote Pictures, rest in peace good friend.

This was fucking awesome. The anination was great, particles perfect, cosmetic choosing awesome, a whole new kind of look to the tf2niverse and it even has fucking voice acting. If you don't win the saxxy I am gonna be pissed.

To be honest I didn't like the animation. It was too fast paced and the characters movements were jerky and spastic.
I'm Jane...What? I was just giving feedback. I never said I could do better, if I tried it would be total shit. That's like saying I can't dislike or even give feedback to a movie/book/videogame just because I'm not an actor/writer/programmer.
I'm Jane I must agree with Greenhourglass . It doesn't make sense that just for not being a pro at it, you can't do a bad critique of it.
This guy is a straight-up artist. He legit would do so brilliantly if he worked at pixar or dreamworks. Hes great enough solo, imagine if he went all the way.

This was amazing. Not only was the animation smoother than the original, the voice acting was better, and the way you captured femscout's emotion when the pyro took out the demo (and himself) almost made ME cry. 20/10 best animation I have ever seen.
You guys are seriously some of the best (if not THE best) source film-maker crators i've ever seen. You guys deserve the saxxy, and much more beyond that!

The action scenes are really good, but it is also adorable. I love the balance you put into this, making silent moments speak a lot, making the lines worthwhile, but also the communication without words says a lot more.

A highly underrated SFM, most SFMs out there have a good story but not so good animation but have millions of views. This however destroys that, 900k views isn't enough for a good animation land story like that. You done well!

The timing on this feels way too fast, this short just doesn't let you breathe, but it's good, just needs to slow down, like WAAAY down. I feel like it's one or two passes from being perfect, but it's good as it is right now.
I think if he could he would but the thing is saxxy's are within a certain time limit or else they don't count. but I agree with you if this wasn't a saxxy it could've been slowed down.
My question is whether it was worth it to release it in this state, time limit or not.

But that aside, I think the story here is that to earn one's trust, you must trust them first. Trust can take you along way, and even in seemingly impossible odds the bond you form can overcome anything even unto death

Wow. That was great. Like watching the entirety of a feature length movie in just a few minutes. Had a sound plot, great (yet fast) animation, decent voice acting... There was great action in some pretty awesome environments and it left me feeling warm and fuzzy inside.
I've GOT to give a nod to a really tiny, yet hilarious moment in the short. When the three Soldiers are about to take off after the Engineer, the one in the middle begins whipping the other two with the Disciplinary Action. That whole little moment made me sport a big grin. Excellent work my friend!
