Am I the only one who is blown away at how fast everyone drives on the interstate in his area? He merges at like 85mph and he's merely going with the flow.
This is my realistic dream car. Everything about this car is incredible. It’s amazing loud exhaust note, the driver focused cock pit, the perfect amount of power for fun without being too dangerous, and it already has a incredible driving experience stock. This is one of the only cars I absolutely love that I would be fine keeping it completely bone stock because it’s such a perfect car from the factory

I fell in love with the 350R. Went and bought a brand new 2019 and I don't even know how to drive stick. But I'll say this one hell of a car to learn on. I only have 800 miles on it of full smiles and looks. Truly something special
Not in “ford performance” shelbys(as in one built in house by ford), but you can still get a manual in “real” shelbys(as in you send your regular gt to shelby headquarters in vegas for them to work their magic).
although i still may consider the new bronco with a manual, when my mustang is ready to be sold i probably will be switching to another car brand. ill probably be going with an import as they are still going strong with cars and manual transmissions.
They can't anymore not if they don't want to be left behind in performance. Electric vehicles are already proving to be faster, and even in gas engines, the dual clutch automatics are faster. Manual is pretty much dead if you want the fastest. For fun driving and to feel like an actual man from your father/grandfather's era ya get an old manual no doubt. That feeling cannot be surpassed.

I have cat deletes on mine. Makes it even louder in sport/track. In normal its barely noticeable. I've done conference calls in normal mode several times.
People that haven't owned or driven one don't understand. I've owned a stage 1 tuned Evo IX, a completely modded 370z, two V8 M3's, a stage 1 tuned F80 M3 with 550hp, and a 997.2 Carrera S. When I traded the Porsche for a 2017 GT350 it was the best thing I ever did. I've always wanted one from day one but had no idea it would become my favorite car of all time. I NEVER get bored behind the wheel of my GT350. Even the sound in my wife's Maserati GT Sport is no comparison to the GT350. IMO, the ONLY thing Ford missed the boat on with the GT350 was not including rev-matching.

I am from France and when I was there, I owned a Hyundai Tiburon, I loved her so much and together we had good time driving on highway, 112mph didn't scare me, it was so good. I miss her a lot. the fact that you have to rev it up to 8200 rpm in order to stay in the power band makes this mustang more race-car like over the gt500. and that flat-pane, purr-noise when going up the revs around 3k rpms sounds sweet.
For me, it just came down to wanting the availability of the rear seats. It's essentially the same car at the end of the day with some minor differences. Since I don't track cars anymore, it just didn't make sense to spend the extra $$ on the R.
I love this car so much, I've loved it ever since the day it was released. This is literally my dream mustang, I would love to own one or at least go for a ride in one!
Ahh, the GT350R. The "Final True Shelby", still with its classic 6 speed manual, high output v8 engine, and a REAL handbrake. People keep asking for true "enthusiast" cars, such as manual only examples, but people just dont put their money where their mouth is, as this car is being killed off this year. Off to supercar heaven with the manual-only Viper. I hope the 400z can stay alive as long as possible.
i do not own a gt350r but i do own a regular one, bought it in september of last year, it is the last of the three cars i have always wanted that i was deadset on owning before 30, the first was a focus rs and the second was a single cab srt10. I love my gt350 i wasnt really able to drive it very much last year cause i live in southern saskatchewan so winter is crazy, so its been in storage until just last week when it finally decided to be spring/summer and its been awesome. another thing to note about the transmission is that it is AMAZING both with power holding if you want to add forced induction, but also in just raw feel, it is a MASSIVELY better 6 speed manual than the regular gt's manual, it is so tight its awesome
I love this car! those Michelin tires I know will set you back some nice piece of change. I know I'll be at my local tire shop at least every 5k or less miles...with me racing and driving hard from time to time LOL!
I have the same Heritage model in my garage. It may not be the fastest but it certainly it’s very fun. Smiles per miles for sure. The only drawback. Here in TX people give me looks that could kill just driving at speed limits and even my own neighborhood.
great video, great shifting and i love that u used all six gears for the sake of showing it. i saw so many POV videos and all they use is up to 4th gear.
Check the oil filter, it gets undone because of vibrations if it isn't torqued good enough...and if you don't have rear seats that makes a perfect place for making a sub enclosure if you want more than stock..but in my opinion that B&O sounds really good at least what I can hear through headphones..
An amazing ride. recently did the nurburgring in 7.27 as fast as a Ferrari 812 Superfast. Ford finally got it right. The only thing missed with this generation of mustang was weight. Had the weight been actually lower than the preceeding model fuhgetabout it!!! Hopefully the next gen mustang wont be any heavier or larger in size.
Just a little pet peeve, but when you're signaling to get into another lane, make sure you're entirely in the other lane before killing it. You have the coolest turn signals in the world, use them.

I like the 2 modes that the gt 350 r has. I like loud and nice exhaust dont get me wrong, but daily a loud car every day gets real tiring real fast

God I love how firm that suspension tuning is. It doesn’t look overly stiff or brittle but is very, very firm. You FEEL the road in a GT350R.
