Top tip with icy car windows: fill a ziplock sandwich bag with warm (not boiling!) water. hold it up to the windows and it will melt the ice instantly.
Oh I also won't forget the 9th of December - I wanted to fly to Austria but pretty much every flight got canceled, so I ended up in Zurich in the middle of the night 🙃 I guess no one in Ireland is prepared for a snowy winter ;) What is the name of the café with the delicious croissants? I think the winter this time around is slightly chiller now but we might see a cold spring!
