This 2026 Lincoln Continental looks very similar to the 2017 to 2020 version. My question is when is Lincoln bringing back the Town Car? I have owned three of them since 1986, and my current daily driver is a 2002 Town Car that will hopefully last me quite awhile longer.
when the Town car was produced, you could find Lincoln on every street, but since they manufactured these Chinese styles, you almost don't see Lincoln on the road anymore.
Great REIEW -But the current Continental already have/produce 400 hp/450 lb/ft torque-So then the hybrid electric motors adds nothing more in terms of power-still 400 hp-how come it doesn't make near 600 hp with the Electric motors?
In hybrid systems like the Lincoln Continental, the total horsepower isn't just the sum of the internal combustion engine and electric motor outputs; it's designed more for efficiency and reduced emissions than for maximizing power, with the electric motor aiding the engine for better overall performance, not necessarily increasing total horsepower.
Continuing the Continental saga till 2026 is like finding out your favorite TV show got renewed for another season - thrilling and full of anticipation! Lincoln seems to be playing the long game, keeping this classic in the limelight. Buckle up, this ride's not over yet! 🚗🎉 #ContinentalContinues
Thanks for your thoughts! 😄 You're right; we do rely on concept art and speculation for future models. While the return of the 2026 Lincoln Continental may be uncertain, it's always fun to imagine the possibilities.
I just can't imagine why they don't put suicide doors on these. People would buy them for that reason alone......... PLUS they offer a sense of nostalgia you can rarely get anywhere today and harken back to a more simple life, family, etc.
This is the same old ad you’ve been showing and showing there is no plans to bring back the Lincoln Continental. You’re showing the model that would already existed. Lincoln has no plans on bringing this back unless it’s going to be an electric and then the design is much more radical than this.
The reason the putative 2026 Lincoln Continental looks like the extinct 2017-2020 is because that footage IS from the 2017 launch. Repeat after me: "The Lincoln Continental is dead and will not be coming back either as a 2026, or ever."
I agree, make Town Car & Mark IX on pathet platform, it would sale, it is the same mileage that these luxury large engine cars are getting ... they just wanted to get prices up on gas in California, Hawaii, Alaska, & east coast ... now they do not care what kind of mileage these new luxury and SUV’s get.❤🎉😊
"V6" definitely does NOT say "luxury" to me for a price of over $130,000.00. You better give me a 700+ hp thumping V8 under the hood, or you can keep it. I'll take a 1979 Collector Series over this over-priced Ford Taurus.
The Lincoln Continental, should have never gotten rid of the suicide doors! That was the signature look, to their brand. Once they did away with that, they lost their identity! Just like the 2 door coupe Mark Series, they should’ve kept the actual grill in the front and the simulated wheel on the trunk. That’s what killed the Lincoln brand. Now, Lincoln, looks like a dresses up Ford, and not worth the price! When I do see a Lincoln, it’s one of the ugliest and cheapest looking cars on the road. Granted, some of their SUV’s are appealing with nice design lines and features. But their cars, are not appealing at all, especially with the price tag they’re asking, and no standard features like, suicide doors!
Thumbs down. This video is all style with no substance or originality. It spends most of the time on generalities and promises of details that never happen. It has stolen numerous clips from other videos that actually did review the car. If you want to hear about the Lincoln Concept Car, look elsewhere.
The Lincoln continental is a nice luxury car. Hopefully it will not become an EV. The 2024 Lincoln Nautilis is a nice luxury sport utility. Unfortunately it’s made in China. .👎 NO THANKS.
Definitely my plan for Black car.😅😮😮
Geesh, absolutely stunning.
My favorite Lincoln of all time was the 1956.
I like the 1956 Lincoln, but I love my 1956 Chevy.

They are not bringing it back.
Aww man. Town Car would be a prize!🎉😅😅
Lovely !!!
When speaking of the Heads Up Display, why did I see a Mercedes Benz hood ornament??
I love my Continental. I wish they still made them.
Thanks
Luxury ,esthetics & functionality strikes a smooth balance, kudos

In a world without Japanese and European cars, Lincoln could have a chance.
Why not do maybe and Lincoln Continental wagon model 🤔 ?
I’m confused, why they showed a Bentley on the info😢infotainment center.
In the 4:58 to 5:04 the Mercedes Benz logo is in the video. You probably want to remove it

I agree👍 with you, thanks.
I am absolutely thrilled, Lincoln still plan to continue producing the Continental till or beyond 2026, Incredible news.

Why not w8 maybe w12 🤔 ?
Im buying it on day one !!!!1️⃣
Ever since I bought my 2019 continental I’ve been wanting to see later models but it seems more car companies aren’t making cars just more SUV’s .
I have a feeling it’s gonna have more than 450 hp if it’s electric.
Love it but if it’s juice power, fraud not!!
Another Clickbait video. The interior would look nothing like that if it was a 2026. It is not coming back. This is all made up.

I hope Ford will com to its senses and do this. Real American Luxury.
I'm thinking Lincoln mkz with some engine mods....

I want a LINCOLN TOWN CAR on a PANTHER platform. and make it better looking than this Continental
I agree with you 100%

This is the old model.
Please don't show a Mercedes when plugging a Lincoln...😂
This the only Ford sedan??? I don’t think they will do that. Maybe for the Chinese market. That’s gotta be it. I’m not moving to Beijing anytime soon.
LA to LV for free? WTF?

This is BS. It’s the 2017 model
