@@walkie1985 oh, okay then sorry 😅
I would’ve loved to sit next to this calm man. He would definitely make me feel at ease. I love how he handled this. And I say this because most people would respond in a fearful way which is understandable 🙏🏽❤️ codos to him🙌🏽✨
Am I the only one who would be having a panic attack?
Remember guys, if you drop from a long height into water, the water is like a road at this point, you just go splat upon impact. (it's also the reason they say not to jump flat in pools, because you will hurt your stomach, now in the case of miles in the air, it doesn't really matter if you jump flat or arms pointed towards).
Lucky, they got to land in a millitary base.
Got to land on fort zancudo
john alvares Nice, google that place up, seems cool as hell.
+Enclave Soldier I hope they lost their wanted level
Lucky, they got to land in salty springs
Here you get to know about the actual need of cabin crew and start respecting their courage and work......one like for cabin crews 👍😊
Omg I'm so glad they were ok!
The Cameraman never dies😅
They do die but the video goes to liveleak rather than youtube
@porytlim8508 so sad bro 😞
Scary stuff! Glad it turned out okay!
+MarthaStout0202 Thanks Martha! Ethan
Flight CX884 made a precautionary diversion at around 21.30 Hong Kong time on its way from Hong Kong to Los Angeles (29 July 2015) when smoke was detected in the aircraft, a Boeing 777-300ER. There were 276 passengers and 18 crew on the flight.
This man looks like waiting KFC 😂
I felt so happy when he said We are down ❤
I really don’t like people that are unnecessarily panicky. This man is great, calm, realizes there’s danger but knows you can’t do anything about it and just doing all the right things instead of going nuts
Me too. I hate people that scream.
Does the flightpath from Hong Kong to LAX come near to Alaska???
Hats off to the crew and pilot
I have huge respect for him staying so calm! I would start praying and I don't even believe in god, sooo...
So...What was wrong with the plane?
filmzen there was too many mother fucking snakes
filmzen someone forgot to turn off all electronic devices in flight, ohh...... wait, facepalm
+Bio-Sexual Interface LOL, been using youtube for 7+ years and this is the first comment to actually make me laugh.
+Bio-Sexual Interface REFERENCES XD
+filmzen It wasn't charge fully !!
don't inflate your vest until you exit the aircraft. one lady in the back may have inflated hers and looks like flight attendent was helping her
Actually, you inflate your vest at the door just BEFORE you exit, not after. But yes, she did it prematurely.
The one that was giving instructions their voices we re shaking
As a retired flight attendant who flew the 10 day Narita, Seoul, Taipei, Singapore trip every month out of Detroit on the 747-400, I'll take 4 engines over the 2 on widebodies making that trip today. Northwest Airlines was the first to take delivery of the Boeing Queen, and she always brought us all home safe and sound.
i would shit myself 10 times if this ever happens to me! what a calm dude!
i'd be crying bro 😭😭
God bless that its a normal landing
pilot: we'll be landing at a chinese military base.
pax: mmm how cold is the water?
You are so brave filming this video
ALASKA! I live there . glad Alaska saved your guys life's.
Landing on the ocean is almost certain destruction. Also the Alaskan water's probably freezing for any survivors.
Did they ever explain what the problem was???
Michael Holmes aircraft weighed more then they anticipated. So landing on the runway would have be a tragic. Blown tires, landing gear and possibly explosion.
Mike Coppola They did land on a runway, and they landed safely. I watched a documentary about plane crashes, and this particular one was shown. And the man filming this video was on the programme and talked about it. The pilot managed to locate a landing strip on a nearby island that was used for the military. The details of the plane malfunction were never publicly released. The only statement given was that they started to smell and see a bit of smoke in the cockpit
@@michaelc1154 What? The aircraft weighed more than they anticipated so instead of dumping fuel to lose weight they decided they'd land on the freaking ocean? BS!
OmsoiTekken literally nobody in the comments mentioned that lol
0:18 that’s the look of a man who is like wtf I thought these planes basically fly themselves to
0:20 life jacket fully zipped up
*The plane was landed to a military base, where everyone has been shot dead.
The rare occasion when it's perfectly acceptable to applaud adter landing.
Pray all the people on the plane
He's smart. He knows that the cameraman never dies.
Sevgili UA-cam yorumların altına artık otomatik çevir seçeneğini getirsen diyorum.
Fail @ 1:18 they aren't jettisoning fuel to make the plane lighter although that could be a added bonus, they are dumping the fuel so when you crash, you don't blow like a giant bomb.. or a giant inferno.
For both actually. Every aircraft has maximum landing weight, though.
2 trips in 1 how lucky, i always wanted to go to Alaska
Technology has so improved that an airoplane was turned into a boat in seconds.
